The episode begins with
Mishbir meeting at night at Maheshwari house . They share their feelings and assure each other of sorting out the problem , Abir is persuaded to return home but he declines u less MishKu sort out their , with a heavy heart Mishbir separate tearing their eyes off each other, yearning for each other ...still very much in love
Mishti and Kuhu have a discussion over patching up and deciding they will do everything to sort out their differences n bury the past n move on . Kuhu is scared of her dragon Saas . Kuhu receives a packet where she has been asked to give her approval for the cover page of magazine and she is totally thrilled it was KuKu couple foto . She realises Mishti had done this n she happily informs Mishti . Mishti says she should have don’t this long back but better.
They decide to convince AbirKunal to return back, they want to sneak out without informing Meenu , they set out on foot . Hoping to find a auto or taxi but to their disappointment they find none , they end up walking .
Kuhu trips on a stone , she falls on some logs of wood and toppled a huge log/tree trunk on her leg . She is in pain and screams for help . Mishti calls up Abir seeking help . But Abir refuses to budge thinking this was their pretence to get back with Abir n Kunal . Mishti uses her strength to free Kuhu’s trapped leg from under the tree trunk, she senses pain in her abdomen , but she ignores it , she fails to find any vehicle to take Kuhu to the doctor. She notices a push cart and decides to use that as Kuhu needed urgent help .
She manages to reach Hospital where Kuhu receives emergency treatment . MishKu show great bonding and support eachother .Mishit feels Pai;in her lower abdomen but ignores it .
The nurse informs Abir about accident , but he still thinks this is a prank .Even Kunal thinks MishKu were faking it for attention .
To Mishku's utter shock none of the family mem Ears believe them .
Kunal receives a message about his approval for cover foto . He wonders if Mishti had contacted the publishing house for this . He realises Mishti had done this on her own . Abir in the mean time uses tracking app n locates Mishti at City hospital .
whne they are contacted again by the nurse informing about Kuhu’s accident n injury Abir n Kunal apologise n decide to go to hospital .the entire Maheshwari family accompanies them.
At hospital they are so pleased to see MishKu united and bonded n supporting one another in absence of any family member
They all apologise for MU them .
finally MishBir n KuKu reunite n decide to get back together .

Nurse informs Abir that Mishti had sustained internal injuries in her lower abdomen due to which she has slim chances of being able to conceive .. as the entire family gathers for Pooja n Aarti he stares at happy Mishti and wonders how to reveal this to her .
