We have contacted you regarding the contest that you have posted for 100th AT Celebration. Its good that members are interested in participating finally. However, you need to take permission from the moderators of the forum before conducting any special activities or contests.

Secondly, please do not miss quote us by saying "no contest as it is against the rules" we have never said that.

Thirdly, not all members are a part of this AT. Every forum members should get a chance to participate in any contest conducted in the forum. You are free to keep the theme MishBir as it is dedicated to that couple but I would suggest you give other members those who are not a part of this AT a chance to participate.

Last but not the least, you are allowed to conduct only one contest. Share your ideas with us. Once we approve it you can go ahead and make a new thread that we are going to stick it in the main forum.

Dear DTs,

Yes, you had contacted us and thank you for taking the time to explain IF contest rules in the message. We understood them and had already replied that we do not wish to hold the contest anymore and just want to do the write-ups and the edits for our 100th AT for which we got an acknowledgement and OK from your side. However, that too is left at members' discretion, its just some ideas with which they can contribute to the celebration that's all. There is no mechanism for participating in the celebration, they are allowed to share their happiness in any manner they want to.

Earlier, we had written some details around the contest. So after your message, we had to let the members know we won't be having a contest for the 100th AT, so we kept the contest line just to inform the members. We could not have included entire rules around why the contest can not be kept within the 100th AT - so we just shorted it to inform, as per the rules. I am sorry if you felt that we misquoted you, that was not our intention.

We now clearly understand the contest rules, they were explained to us in the message too. We do not have any issue with any member participating in any forum activity. Forum is open to all and that is the beauty of it!

These ideas we have shared however are for the 100th AT of MishBir - to celebrate them and to commemorate the members journey together. We want to just share our happiness with everything MishBir. AT members have come a long way and have a lot of sentiments attached together, so you can understand that we want to keep our celebrations exclusively for the AT members. But having said that, we do not have any issue if other forum members want to come and join us in the celebrations, in fact we would love that and we welcome them!

Thank you for explaining the rules again. We do not wish to have a contest for our 100th AT at this time. But we would surely share our idea and seek your permission for any contest we wish to hold in the future.
