First #1 I replied to @dramacrazy as well that it's okay for Kunal to go to Mishti for advice but my problem was he didn't mind to even have a small talk with her before announcing it to everyone in public where the public including his wife and his in laws. The writers too are confused on what equation to show for KuKu since one day they are all romantically cute and next day they say they are fighting a lot to everyone 🤪 So expecting this small talk is irrelevant but as a fan of this couple it hurts to not get one.

For #2 I haven't looked at it that way so thanks for this perspective. So yea could be Kuhu is easily influenced with others words but she needs to have a brain of her own. It's high time she needs to stop acting like a child. I wouldn't have had a problem if she was always like that but there was a phase when she was shown acting mature, became everyone's favorite in RVs house, understood Mishti's pain, supported Abir and Kunal in times of need. This gave her character a new meaning but now she's back to square one. So it is really disheartening 😔

#1 Honestly thats classic Kunal for you😆He might not even have thought that Kuhu myt be affected with his decision. True, he has been trying since their marriage and has asked her opinion in helping out for the mahashivarathri puja and organizing a trip for them etc.

But in his mind this is not a scenario related to Kuhu, it only affects him, so he went ahead with it.

Also, this one was a classic case to create drama, otherwise who would announce to the whole world that Parul is his mother without even informing his in laws that his mother is different. Also, how come Abir and Mishti who are not like Kunal didn't think that it will affect Parul, Meenu, Mah fam and Kuhu to be put on spot like that??(Like,they were happy when Kunal announced to the world that Parul is his Mom😕) So, this is one of the cases where we should keep our brains in a box and watch the drama.....like Mishti's haldi kaand, Mishbir breakup, Kuku divorce revelation.....😆

#2 Think of it as a Kuhu centric track. Unlike all the other ppl in the show, she has never been called out in the show nor has her insecurities ever been addressed. Like I said she was shown as mature when she had nothing to lose or nobody to compete with. She was kind of living in a bubble with a mask on. She was forced to be mature.

Now with Mishti in the same house, her insecurities had to resurface and the Cvs never focussed on the sisters' bond solely. Also, now Kuhu is getting cornered from all sides. She myt just break soon. At the end of this track we might get a proper redemption for Kuhu and a proper closure to the Mishku equation

Also, probably Kuku story is kept on hold for this dhamaka......and this just myt be the trigger that myt actually make Kuku each others' support systems. Now, both are shown as clueless abt the other.

I know the execution is bad, but then I hope we will get a closure for this nonsense......😕

1- kunal had that talk with kuhu already. With mish it just came into their convo coz they had a similar situation.

He wasn’t seeking her out as everyone is thinking.kunal never does that.

He always takes decision in haste,pretty much like kuhu without thinking too much & without informing anyone.

The lasic track,the prenup,the divorce,even gifting his company just like that - u can see classic kunal.

2- kuhu is becoming extreme which is hard to digest after the post leap kuhu we got.

Bt even then we would always remember she is the girl who could kill mish in janmastami if she became total positive...

So,its a good thing she didn’t became nannu who even after leaving abir to die got hugs & sorrys!😡

It's mayb better she is getting darker & thus all her deeds will be exposed & we will get a proper redemption for her like kunal.

3- and kuku are just being their real self here.

As they said after their shaadi, they don't know anything about marriage.

That's why both are doing wht they are used to do - one getting influenced & insecurities other keeping peace in family.

Whatever effort they even put for themselves like the long drive or trip was ruined for drama's sake obviously.

Anyway,i know kuku fans wont agree,but this is the best story & attention i have seen parallel leads getting in itv,so be relaxed.Its evident writers love them & has things planned for them.

Bold 2 - True......Nannu's exit was rushed becoz he was a temporary character. But I am hoping they will do justice to Kuhu

And in this show mishbir and kuku story are interconnected. One cannot run without the other. Since Mishbir is kinda of sorted with the shaadi and all, they are sure to explore Kuku dynamics and this is just the beginning......maybe thats why they rushed the whole divorce revelation thing.

Hey thanks for sharing your perspectives! It's not the best story but I agree with you on Kunal and Kuhu getting more screenspsce than regular parallels. This is a Kuhu centric track but she's being butchered.

I'm disheartened today. Keeping aside the zillion character and story analyses today was a breaking point. KuKu ends for me Why did we fans even try to analyze and understand the characters so much? I won't even go into the details of why but just 2 things which brought our already fragile world come crashing down..

I realise you may not want to read what I have to say, I am only doing it so perhaps it will help you to see things objectively and help with your sadness.

1. Kunal seeking Mishti's advice on accepting Parul - Did he forget he had a wife who was as illegitimate as him and has better experience in such a case? Or did he think she's well off in organizing events for his family but his bhai and bhabhi are there for seeking emotional advice and discussions on other important matters? Why did he even marry her? Just coz everyone in his family like her? I was also questioning this in one of my thread - can't remember which one, so if you are interested just look through them all😆- but what I will say as an objective viewer is that KuKu are characters created to help the leads, push the story forward and etc. In writing they would be called devices....so Kunal asking Mishti's opinion is laying the foundation for next part of the story. As an objective viewer, KuKu have to do what they are being shown. With this Kunal's character is growing; once where he could not stand mishti, now he is showing her respect (thereby showing his love for his bro and his total loyalty, which is important) and that they too have bonded -> Mishti is showing respect to his mother, his own wife does not give too figs about her. KuKu marriage happened because, lol😆, writers needed Kuhu back in the RV house to create problems for Mishbir, she cannot do that from Mah's house (sorry if you don't find it funny but as a writer we all use these kinda devices)..she needs to be there so Meenu can use her. Kunal has stepped away, Abir will never hurt Mishti, Parul never so it has to be Kuhu. I believe in future Meenu and Jaz may work hand in hand to break Mishbir...I realise you had an emotional investment in this couple and so for that I am sorry it is not going the way you want to. However, I also believe at some point - if Kuhu ever gets her redemption and does not become the second Meenu - KuKu will have a heart to heart to talk and then we may see more of their marriage/romance.

2. Kuhu calling herself naukrani ki bahu - What has she become? From an understanding and family loving person (RVs praises) she becomes a shallow money minded and status loving person? She had always been shown to have two side (again like normal peole) but slowly one side is taking over more and more (exaggerated) but that is the way it is. I never found it surprising, hints have been given immediately from her wedding day (Jaz and her convo) that she would find it hard to accept Parul as a MIL, she will follow the money (her constant unhappiness when Mishti is given jewels or ownership) and her constant reference in the past to shopping and etc. These are all hints to show she does have a shallow and mercernery side. However, if her fatal flaw is ever addressed then it should be shown that these are all compensation to cover up the lack in her. Doubt these writers would go to that length!😕 I will say one thing, anything said or shown in a frame (ie shot) is very important in giving story clues - Kuhu herself said it the other day to Meenu 'I am your DIL, I will follow you' to that effect, sorry she is becoming a mini Meenu and I really think now she will be out with guns blazing for Mishti. I had my doubts before, she was very see-sawing but now...anyways it can still change. Abir is the only person who sees her for herself (not even Kunal has seen all her shades) and still loves her as his bro so I truly believe when crunch time comes Mishti, Abir and Kunal will be her salvation. See one other thing, she also loves Mishti very much...that love needs to re-surface first, otherwise nothing will work much, it will be like Abir's band aid theory.

I can't even go on.. it's disheartening. I don't even know why I made this post. Maybe for hugs 😭😔 Don't go away, have a break if needed. 🤗

Makers out of all the parallel leads I've followed (my bad luck I always end up liking them more than the leads) this one really really ended bad. Can't believe you could ruin characters to such an extent and that could hurt us fans so much!! #wanttosaybadthingsbutnoideawhattosay Characters have not been ruined, they are doing exactly what they had been created for and intended to from day one. They are showing two families with lots of issues (true to real life) and how people within those families try to live and love together. There will be good and bad people in many families...sometimes bad people will be good cos of the circumstance and vice versa. Of course as a TV show they do exaggerate things...

Just try to watch KuKu without expecting too much. I know it's easier said than done but ITV rarely does justice to the leads, toh parallel leads toh door ki baat hai. Tell yourself this and it will help you lower your expectations.

The 'naukrani ki bahu' moment is something I would like Kuhu to rise above. The thought entered her head, but let's see how she deals with it. For some days, she is obviously gonna do everything wrong but hopefully the turnaround comes soon.
