neither kunal said he is resigning his post nor he is assigning mish in his post...

they just said she is capable of managing and they trust her in that... thats it...

When mishti applied for red pea job, job was to " call ppl and plan accordingly " this was said by her only, so I don't know what exactly her job was but since kuhu got the job and we saw her working so I guess the job was to assist kunal or something on those lines

I believe that she isn't just the owner but will also participate in the functioning of the business..probably taking kunal's position so I just said that with similar job profile, qualification and experience of mishti and kunal are different and this can be a reason for some to find it a little odd that's all ...

For sure , your qualification and your work can be different on many levels , at the end of the day it's the capability , determination , the power to learn and passion towards the work that really matters ...this is my own experience as well , but if you have a background of qualification and experience that suits a job then its always better na , at least for starters it's good na

I am not saying that mishti is incapable or anything, infact I said that she is a quick learner and there is always a scope to learn and grow , kunal will always be there to help if required too

So no where I am against mishti or her capabilities or anything but I can still see and understand why some ppl are finding it odd... thats all 👍🏼👍🏼

And we can always agree to disagree on certain matters 🤗🤗🤗

More than profits...losses will affect the owners directly...it will hit hard on them... Kunal will be the MD and Mishti will be the director by replacing Meenu...

kuhu questioned kunal when their contributions are more to the company then mishti, why the ownership is going to Mishti, he replied I saw how she managed ABir's NGO....So he know she is capable of managing a company....so they are giving that responsibility to mishti.

Management skills are same for any business.... based on the industry you need to learn some bits and bobs here and there...That's it...

Probably, Atul Koshlu and ketki will have a share of their business or may be major shareholder will be Koshlu.. Also they could be the directors of Da Vansh...They will keep them as signing authorities but it doesn't mean they have to go to the office everyday.

Even Abir is the director, CEO and MD of his NGO....he just had a manager (heera first and then mishti) to assist him.

Yes moni I agree with first para , they didn't show it but there were some dialogues giving an indication that kunal and abir helped kuhu in setting up her business ...kunal financially and abir in other matters may be ...kuhu's client neha was abir's friend as well ...in the similar ways they are helping mishti here thats all .since she showed interest in working in the recent scenes ..
