every work is a work and there is no diferentiation when it comes to work either its NGO or a travel company...

idk how many are remembered but mish is the first choice for red pear job of kunal's assistant not kuhu... so mish is first priority and yes who said mish has to be work alone or manage alone... kunal and meenu are there to help her...

I don't think that the tm was trying to belittle one job over other ... I am just trying to guess .

Its more about the job profile, qualifications and experience here

Organising events for non gov organisation and looking after managerial and operational work of a profitable travelling company are two different job profiles demanding different level of qualification and experience

Kunal is a PhD in accounts so it explains his grip over financial accounting and investment aspects of the business plus he worked for DA vansh for years before taking over red pear so obviously he very well understands the operations of a travelling business

while mishti I believe comes with a background in event management and pr mgt so might not have that grip on financial or operational matters , neither she worked for a travelling business, so it's the lack of experience ...but with time we can understand and learn and grow plus mishti is a quick learner like you said ... like someone mentioned kunal and bb are always there to help her ...i don't know how much will bb help 😆 But kunal will definitely help when required

It's a practical query but I guess in the world of ITV, thoda bohot impractical bhi chalta hai 😆

mish is capable of both as we seen mish is the first choice for job in red pear and coming to NGO her role is different...

work is never related to what we study in our educational qualification... work or job is purely what we want to do... our study just gives the gate pass for it...

if u join a NGO u have to learn from them how it works and what role u have there...

coming to MNC... here also u have to learn your work and according to your role u should learn everything.... if role changes learning also changes...

i can say this because of my personal experience being working in MNC, handling social media pages and doing some social work with my earnings... so yes both are different but we can do both...

Usually, when it comes to hiring MDs or CEOS, there is a complex procedure which definitely takes into consideration degrees, qualifications and experience, at least in the real world because running a company is a whole different ballgame altogether. Not commenting on whether it is right or wrong.

many of MNC's who are owners doesnt mean they are the CEO's and MD's of that oragnisation... they just own but it will run by others...
