Character Bashing: Everyone has a favorite character and some people prefer unpopular characters due to the actor playing such characters. And for them its incredibly offensive to see bashing of such character to the extreme. If you see a criticism against a character, please do not jump in to defend the actor/actress, for it is only the character that is getting criticized. If anyone is at fault then it is the story plot.

There is a fine line between bashing and criticizing. It's one thing to be analyst but another to instigate and mock. Things can be said in a more civilized manner rather than being brutal. Also, there's a difference between real and reel. You cannot abuse the actor citing character references. Insulting real people crosses a line, so if your character bashing entails bashing the members who likes the character will not be tolerated. Additionally, while criticizing, remember to not post anything unsavory that you wouldn't like hearing about yourself spoken by others. Please do not take the liberty to stereotype any fan bases. This will not be accepted at any cost. At the same time members should also not resort to personal attacks or cyber bully other member just cause the other person have a different view then yours. Any derogatory references or name callings against actors /characters/members/Dev team members are strictly a NO NO here

Guys i think we have been following all the rules since the beginning. But we need to understand the difference between character bashing and constructive criticism. The latter one is allowed here. So please be careful with words while criticizing a particular character.

Mocking a character directly/indirectly is not allowed. But i don't understand onething here,we used to mock/comment on BigBen many times here in this AT. But we never got any warning. Coz she is a negative character.Now the character Kuhu is also turning negative. Not only we,even Rupal maam has said the same thing in her latest interview. Kuhu is not a kid that somebody instigates her and she will do blunders. It's Kuhu who actually wants to do blunders. So a negative character will never get positive comments. So we can criticize her in a dignified way.

I read one rule saying if a character has a big fanbase,we shouldn't comment anything which will hurt the emotions of the fanbase. This is what is actually happening here. Other fandom is taking it personally and complaining about us. Whereas we have ignored many of their comments which were very very derogatory.

Anywz hamara toh bad luck hi kharab hei. Ab kya kar sakte hei. In this way many members will stay away from expressing their views. Very few members will be left then.

No yaar i did not ask what they are saying is in the appreciation ATs we have to discuss abt he characters for whom the thread was made

In Lu its common we can criticise the character..we can discuss abt the whole show

It is not necessary to make daily a new thread whenever we feel like frustrated we can make a thread and criticise in a decent manner

Geethu, we never bashed any actors. Here the problem is we gone overboard with the character Kuhu. Mods felt that we are directly/indirectly mocking this character. But constructive criticism is allowed here. So you can criticize the character in a dignified way.

I know we all are frustrated here. par kehte hei naa burai pe hamesha achai ki jeet hoti hei. But in this kalyug this process takes a long time.😆 See we have been tolerating BigBen from the day one. Still don't know when will her torture be ended. Now Kuhu has joined the same group.So we have to tolerate her now. We just have some patience.😆

We all should go to Himalayas and do dhyanam there. Otherwise we will become mad here.😆
