That necklace was high-key ugly. If Kuhu didn't have all of these insecurities, I'm pretty sure her inner fashionista wouldn't have even tried to fight Mishti for that necklace.

🤣 I agree !! But I think Kuhu could have still carried it off ❤️ I mean she does make many hideous outfits given to her work and manage to look stylish😆

4th bold: Reading that made me feel a little better about the awkwardness that was today's episode LMAO. I never really thought of it that way, but I now that I do, I can definitely see how they can't just go from no romance to full blown romance. That would be pretty illogical, and poor character buildup. Kunal has said that he still has to learn a lot from Kuhu, so hopefully these are just the beginning baby steps. I think I definitely need to be giving the actors more credit than what I have been giving them; it is completely possible that this awkwardness onscreen was 100% deliberate.

Adding on, did anyone notice Kuhu's line: "Thank god tum worried ho ki main gussa ho sakti thi". It's like a fresh and pleasant surprise for her that for the first time, Kunal is actually concerned about their equation, and that he truly cares about how she feels. Hayeee my cutieesss

@bold: When the scene was playing out today I was like, I hope Kunal is taking notes. 🤓 Didn't he say that he still has that RED sports car? Can he please pick up on the fact that Kuhu wants to go for a long drive in it and even took the initiative to surprise him with the idea herself? Tution hi kya, she is doing a full demo Kunal -- jaldi seekho! 😡

YES! I loved that line so, so much. She's spent the whole fake marriage tip-toeing around his anger, and was even concerned about it in the morning. It must have been so reassuring that he was so happy to see her, and far from being angry himself, was worried about her. ❤️

Word on the haar, btw. 🤢 Meenakshi Rajvansh aesthetic.

@bold On point, I liked how Mishti's insecurities are coming out as well. She is not as secured as she portrays, which is what Kuhu always points out that she wants Mishti to show her real self. It will be nice if the writers show both sisters struggling rather than using Kuhu as the negative sister.

As for Kuku hug to me it seemed okay, I guess it was a little random how Kunal hugged her right when he saw her, I would have liked it if it was after the conversation they had.

I just love these characters when the writers are doing justice to all of them. ❤️

@blue: I loved how he just impulsively walked over to hug her as soon as he saw her (no small thanks to Jugnu for that Houdini act; top notch wingman he is! 🤣). He was also so proud when Meenu asked her to take care of that haar. And speaking of haar, it was so sweet that Kuhu remembered Kunal saying he'll buy her a thousand haars when she was trying to calm herself down. 😳

@bold: This. Meenu has caught onto this fact and is milking it for all it's worth. Sadly, she used the same trait against Kunal when she was manipulating him. While everyone else assumed that Kunal was inert and didn't feel, she perceived and took advantage of his hidden vulnerability, especially wrt to his forever unfulfilled craving for Abir's presence, attention, and cooperation.

It's actually is something Kunal and Kuhu bonded over early on -- their earnest attempts at hiding their own pain and living for their families being read as frivolity in her case (as she expressed in that jhoola conversation) and apathy in his (as he expressed when he was drunk after the bachelor's party). Kunal found his antidote to Meenu in Kuhu, who saw his vulnerabilities but instead of exploiting them, helped him face them head on. Still really, really hoping for the same for Kuhu from Kunal!

Lol, I genuinely liked the hug! It's as much as these two are going to do in the hall of their joint-family house.😛 I totally get the frustration with the pace -- watching an already slow-burn romance in 30-60 second installments is a unique torture -- but the actual content is exactly what I'm looking for in a romance right now. Plus, I have the closure I need to quit any time so I have reached a zen state with this ship 😆

@Bold: I love your take on this. I think whatever Kunal did was because he always craved Abir's presence in his life. So when Mishti came into Abir's life Meenu made him believe that she will take Abir away from the family. That is why he was so easily manipulated by Meenu to do all those dirty deeds. Meenu seems to be a master of manipulation, where she gets a hold of someone's weakness and take full advantage of it for her own twisted agendas.

Sam, I finally watched the full episode again and realized that the hug was not that bad. I think your positivity about the scene definitely affected my judgement. 🤗I also realised that they were standing in the middle of the living room, so probably not the best place for a passionate hug. 😆But if they show is the cousin hug even if they are alone, it will confirm my suspicions about off-screen bonding of the actors.😆

I liked the episode for many reasons..

- Abir and Kunal's bond - love them! ❤️

- Kunal unable to understand whether he is angry 🤣

- Abir's advice to him.. kisi ki bhi galti ho tum sorry bol de na 🤣

- Kuhu (Kaveri's) emotional audio flashback and the video flashbacks where she was insecure over a haar. I think the makers here are playing really well. I like how they are trying to make Kuhu not look like a bad person and whatever she is going to do will be due to the situation or Meenu's games. As Sam said I loved how she remembered Kunal saying he'll get her hazaar haar and also Mishti saying she doesn't want to fight her. Thank God Jas didn't come in her flashback😳

- KuKu scene - I liked it coz it was too cute. These 2 are getting to warm up to each other and becoming more natural. No lovey dovey scenes, eye to eye zoom ins, magical wind blowing, etc. Plain, simple and realistic. The hug was unexpected but could have been better but hey, I'm not complaining 😛

- Maami's taang khichayi of Kunal calling him a jhoru ka ghulam 😆 I loved how Kunal brings in Kuhu in everything even when she's not around. And he was all shy when everyone called him JKG - cute Ritvik there 😆 naya navela dulha 😆

- Family's praises on Kuhu - I think we should acknowledge the fact that Kuhu is so loved in the Rajvansh family that they never fail to praise her, be it Maami (biggest fan of Kuhu), Ketu, Maasi and Naanu. Hope they retain this habit

- The rasoi competition was really cool. Sorry but I'm not a fan of BM so no comments there🤔

So Kuhu accidentally drops the haar while trying and it breaks, according to the precap. If Mishti is blaming her for that I think she is right coz she doesn't know what actually happened. As I said before in a state that Kuhu is right now if she is blamed for something she hasn't done then she's definitely gonna do something. Hopefully not as petty as the rumour mills say that she's gonna ruin Mishti Abir's SR 🤢 She has a life too - wth the cutest guy ever😛

Kuhu's character is being hated and if one of us support her with a backstory then we become defenders or blind supporters. Some people actually make sense and are decent enough while replying and some just hate her no matter what and reply rudely. I visited the LU thread recently and was telling @aqua this too that the environment there is filled with negativity for Kuhu and sometimes KuKu so you don't feel like posting there. I used to post in the main forum but stopped doing that coz I no longer feel people even want to discuss. It's just a matter of whom are you supporting - no analysis.

I'm not sure wer can talk about all this but if I need to edit my post please let me know!

Ughh I hate going to LU thread. I used to go there to read the live updates few months ago now I have completely stopped. This is a safe space for KuKu fans and I am glad there is no judgement or negativity here. And also I love the fact that most of us here understand Kuhu's vulnerabilities and know the reason for her actions. (Although a few days ago someone kept quoting my posts and tried to convince me that Kuhu is wrong and Mishti is the victim of Kuhu's actions. She finally stopped when I told her that she is in the wrong thread if she is expecting Kuhu bashing😆😆)
