#YehRishteyHainPyaarKe does not have any tweet about red flags in the show ( or they are very rare in number). Tweets are just about how good everything is. Atleast on IF flaws are pointed out, which i feel is genuine.

Just being very positive when they are issues won't help in the long run. Everyone wants to tag the actors especially Shaheer, why is that ? Does he read what is mentioned in the tag or by EOD goes through tweets where he has been tagged. I feel if cvs are going through for reviews they will get some wrong notion.

Is anyone on twitter and if who gives neutral opinions, calls spade a spade. Then such opinions need to be encouraged. I have created an id once again but not comfortable at all to tweet. Shaheer is tagged right, left , centre and most of them look like the actors torch bearers .

I wish there were more neutral tweets giving appropriate feedback and at the same time maintaining decorum.

Made this post since many are okay if constructive criticism is put fwd and twitter is the best place to do so.

Just to add

This is not any hate post regarding the actor or his birdies.. I am aware that his fan base is in millions and Shaheer is very versatile.

No offense to twitter fans , i saw too many tweets talking about take a bow, some have genuinely appreciated Rhea and Ritivik. My apologies in advance if this post isn't appropriate. Just general observations

If nothing to do with twitter or IG then pls ignore this post.

Personally felt that Arjun and Dev Dixit were more exhausting rather than ShaheerasAbir. Apart from altering physical appearances, hair style, this role is tailor cut for him as there are reflections of the actor himself and its pretty easy to be Abir.

Likewise on Twitter I have seen many tweets that say IF is too negative! Even on days with good episodes, you come running to YRP forum and will be greeted with posts highlighting what was not good in the episode.

No show is perfect and every show has flaws, YRP have them too, but the positives are far more than flaws - So people on Twitter are willing to look past the flaws and enjoy the positives and that is what they express in their tweets. The show is still trying to establish itself, once it becomes stable enough people will voice their opinion on the negatives too.

Also, so many on twitter are Shaheer fans and they really want the show to flourish. And the fact that the show has a beautiful story to tell, being told in a simple breezy manner and Shaheer acing it as Abir, they are bound to express their happiness and say positive things about the show. I actually enjoy the positivity that twitter offers!

I get what you are trying to say, but very few people actually have constructive criticism to offer. And in this forum, a lot of time I just see posts claiming "constructive" feedback that has some or the other personal motive in mind. Posts discussing the plots, subplots, characters, execution, interrelations are very few and far between.

In KRP time, there was a whole group analyzing every episode, characters and their nuances and it was so pleasing to the mind. You see the story being solved like a Math puzzle... But YRP forum is not there yet. I saw some awesome writers from KRP forum visiting here a couple of times but they haven't continued :(

I agree with you @Shethought but even when krpkab was on air ppl on IF used to brutally criticise every move of Dev and Sona ..even the writer and producers used to read IF posts and they tried to adjust storyline with the pulse of viewers..too much of appreciation or criticism is bad for any show ..its very important for show makers to keep story intact ...not falling into trap of trp game and fans demands .

Coming to Shaheer fans I feel most of them dont want his show to go offair like DEMSA and so they appreciate it but little bit of criticism wont harm and even if this show ends soon ...I am sure we will see him again in another good show and role ..he is an actor who doesnt like being trapped in long running shows ..I am waiting for his next role in future which will be more dynamic ..I feel Abir is very much like Shaheer unlike Dev which was very much opposite ..but still Dev is the character which is missed by most of his fans.

DEMSA was nothing but professional suicide for all those connected. Not mincing my words. The channel on which is aired has the worst bunch of creative producers. As it is, Salim and Anarkali existed or no will remain a question mark. Noor Jahan is a better subject. No show should vanish in thin air in the way it did. As per history the life span of Salim and Anarkali's is tragic and the same happened to DEMSA

On twitter If Shaheer reciprocates the appreciation given about #YRHPK then it is good. Sometimes i feel actors do not bother. Nevermind, the story needs to remain in place when so many soaps are coming in phases. I maybe wrong totally, just mypov.

Ohh why professional suicide what happenend to that serial?

I like the way the serial is proceeding with mishti not becoming bharat mata and sacrificing n all. Much better storyline than most ek serials showing supernatural and two wife drama. I just hope it remains the same way.

It went off air in the most abrupt manner and many others suffered a similar fate.

Nothing to do with Star Plus or Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar ke. Ekta likes murder these days.

I totally agree that things should be done the right way in moderation , especially criticism. Twitter makes you feel great after watching the show. There are tweets that criticise Parul and BigBen. Other than that it’s nice to see a place where people appreciate good things . Let’s admit that this show is a daily soap. It cannot be flawless . To generate 2.5 hours of content a week is not easy and if we are going to expect web series content where they sometimes shoot for 8 months to show us 5 hours of run time , there will surely be flaws in a daily show. What we need to see is if it makes us relate and feel good watching it overall and this show does that. I myself used to read most analysis in KRP forum even negative and liked it. However with this show some of the criticism seems malicious (I am not taking a jibe at anyone ,that’s what I perceive it) and that is why sometimes it seems better to stick to twitter where you feel good after reading the tweets.

Coming to DEM, the show went off air since the channel heads changed. Most shows after have much lower trps and still run. I think the show ran its course and am happy it ended, if not Shaheer would not be Abir :)
