Twitteratis and Insta fandom are very much in love with the pace story and so called storyline.

Yes this show isn't bad but not great shakes either.

Itv wants drastic story not a simple one.

I know its is going ahead but for a highly impatient audience, plain talk between leads, rishta exchange where end result is again reversal of proposal is end game will not be engaging. Meenakshi is covering for everyone

Those who want Mishbir would have switched to ipl matches and channels can change if they see a mandap drama or leads together.

IPL is also a big spoiltsport.

Firstly, I think this TRP is not going to get the show in trouble. Reason is even Maata's show with 2 wives under the same roof for example took a few months to establish an audience and over 6 months to get 2+ numbers...so given that the producer for our show is a good one.. Star will give it time given that its not in super prime slot..

As of now, lets not bother ourselves too much. BARC ratings have also changed this year and if you see there are very few 2+ shows, the overall numbers are much lower across channels due to the new system..

Now coming to the story.. seriously nothing much happened in the last few weeks and I think its quite intentional.. IPL picked up steam and I remember the producers interview where he said, we are aware we are coming right when IPL is starting.

Most shows with a stable audience will continue to gain TRP, but a new show is not something where people will leave a fave match and watch it..

I think the story has been kept deliberately dull because of that..someone can start watching the show next week and they would have hardly missed anything which is good. If they treat it like a new show and keep giving romantic scenes between Mishbir and Kuku who are now going to be working together (classic opportunity to show romance, fights, drama, angst etc etc), it will really help in creating and audience. A few months down the line they can get Abir's dad in the picture and start with more drama :)

Lets hope we get to see this show for 1/5-2 years.. IMO this is how much a show can last without becoming boring/repetitive 😊

Good story or coherent writing was never a criteria for getting good TRPs. If that was the case, the shows ruling the charts wouldn't even be in top 50. Some of the shows on top have been literally running the same track on loop for years and still getting TRPs. As far as YRHPK is concerned, I hope they end the filler episodes soon and kick-start with the story next week once IPL ends. If it does not get desirable ratings even then, we need to fret I guess. Right now i don't see much of an issue. Also whatever the TRP I hope the show does not run for more than a year or 1.5 years max. No show shld be allowed to run beyond that 🤪

Are TRPs out for this week ?

EK's KZk TRP is not increased, it's in same rang 1.8 to 2.3, it's just sustain same viewers. Only thing is other serials went down drastically.Shakti was doing well on TRP but story went ever ending loop and dropped hugely so gained by KzK. These are running just because there is no challenge from others.

If they can’t get audience hooked onto the show within first few weeks then I don’t think they can attract new set of viewers at later stage . I don’t know what is the TRP of other serials this week
