Online TRP

I was curious to know if online trp counts .Do channel take this number seriously . We are in digital era so It makes more sense to consider online trp and it also gives good idea about the show’s popularity among NRIs

Online trp is not valid, no one knows its method calculation, some website on you tube releases data

Hotstar and others do not share their views to media. There are many illegal sites where indian serials are hosted half an hour after they go on their prime time slots. It is said that data is collected from these websites, they actually harm the show and earn ad revenue for their own means.

Hotstar has huge subscription base, it is the only channel which releases all their shows at around 6 pm for premium customers, for shows which are in weak in trps , it is actually a set back as other channels do not function like this. Online numbers matters to Sony not SP.

I do not think this one is popular amongst NRIs. I mean not nr 1. Kzk, YRKKH are better off.
