Was Parul wearing sindhoor in the flashback & Where was Kunal?

I noticed in the flashback that Parul was wearing sindhoor. Was Parul married to someone from the Rajvansh family? I have seen speculation that Big Ben and Kaushal may have another brother who may have been Parul's husband.

Parul did look like a bahu of the Rajvansh family. However, why is she not treated as such now? Strange.Abir and Kunal call her maasi and not mami. If she were their mama's wife, they would call her mami, no?

Kunal told Parul today that they will deal with their own family matters implying that he thinks she is not a part of the family. Nanu didn't seem to approve of that but didn't rebuke Kunal either. Is there some raaz associated with Parul that everyone is hiding?

Parul always acts like she is indebted to her Ben Baa- like she owes her something. Her blind subservience could mean that Meenakshi did her some favour years ago that makes her serve her without a question.

Another interesting thing is that Kunal was not around when his parents separated. It could explain why he is not as affected by his father's memories unlike Abir.

Abir looks 5 or 6 years old in that flashback and we can assume Kunal was born around that time. If Meenakshi and her husband were already separated by then, how was Kunal born? Maybe Meenakshi was pregnant when she separated from her husband or could it be that Kunal is not her son? This fact points towards Kunal not being Meenakshi's son.

A lot of us think he is Parul's son, including me. It also makes sense to show Kunal's indifference to her if they will reveal that he is her son later on. Abir treats her well but Kunal is polite yet aloof with Parul. He does not have a bond with her like Abir.

If you notice, both boys have opposite dynamics with Parul and Meenakshi. Kunal is devoted to Meenakshi and indifferent to Parul while Abir is distant from Meenakshi and affectionate towards Parul. Will this dynamic be turned on its head when the truth comes out?

kunal is ilegitimate son of parul is totally almost clear

then question is why parul is wearing sindoor or which daag ben ba was talking about and talked with parul with respect

what happened that dadaji not acknowledge parul relation with the world and she is just living as daima of kunal abir

i feel abir father left because he was not wanting to accept kunal

possibility 1

parul is elder daughter in law who got married in temple or just dadaji accepted her and thats why she was wearing sindoor but benba big brother left her and later died so parul was asked to or given bigben kunal and family cant give her status of bahu as she was not married properly so for kunal sake that noone doubt anything she was asked to live like daima

and abir father refused to accept kunal so this thing

or maybe if in future cvs want to show abir family separately then i feel parul maybe daughter or daughterlike to nanu who got involved with abir father brother and he ran away so there was clash between bigben and abir father and he decided to leave and big =ben gave kunal her name

because i feel abir father is being given clean cheat but to maintain kunal and abir live with each other status they will go this way

but two thing is clear

1)kunal is parul son

2)abir and kunal would be just cousin neither step nor half sibling

Agreed. Kunal is definitely Parul's son. Abir and Kunal- I thought about Kunal being Parul and Abir's father's son but then Meenakshi would hate Parul if she thought her husband had an affair with her. You're probably right about them being cousins aka Kunal is a Rajvansh but not Meenakshi's son.

Meenakshi also has a habit of only putting her POV across. She has always told Abir and Kunal that their father abandoned them. We don't know Abir's baba's perspective. Why would he leave Meenakshi only because she wanted to take care of her father and his business? Unless he was evil or orthodox, which I doubt. Abir's memories of him are positive and he is shown as soft-spoken man.

Meenakshi is hiding the real reason why he left her. I also feel that Meenakshi does not know that Kunal is not her son. She would not act this way towards him if she knew he is not her son. She always says 'mera beta yeh, mera beta woh...'. I think Kunal being Parul's son will be a shock to EVERYONE, including Meenakshi.

A possibility in my mind is that Meenakshi saved Parul from some huge embarrassment or problem. Meenakshi and Parul were pregnant and were due at the same time. Maybe Meenakshi's baby was stillborn or passed away. Since Parul felt indebted to her, she may have exchanged her baby Kunal with Meenakshi's baby.
