Some questions

I am not a regular viewer or SP, i come across soaps while changing channels therefore pretty curious to know if

Star Plus is very lazy in promoting their shows or the team that handles their IG and twitter handles are laid back or their marketing team has taken everyone for granted

1. The montage where Rhea Sharma and Shaheer appears is still the same. To be frank i did not like Shaheer's side profile, his hair is cut, the guy has a protuding cheek and he looks very different. He looks good in casuals. Rhea has the look of a preprimary headmistress. Then with a dash of eyeliner, lens and highlights she looks good, why not do a better job for visual effects.

Yes their dheere dheere se promo is damn good. No issues there

We are at the fag end of April, the montage is the same. Colors used to change its montage, make it more attractive.

2. Why are segments of episodes that are already aired making its way to twitter and Insta ? These guys do not have bank episodes ? I mean with promos viewers get some leverage to watch otherwise many are clueless

3. SP has no repeat telecast ? Why bcoz hotstar has the episode prior to its prime time everyday ?

4. This show is very much in its infancy, a spin off of a 10 year old iconic show, whose segments come almost everyday on SBS, India TV. Today i saw some cake cutting ceremony too so they do celebrate.

Whereas over here it looks like there are following some vrath or something.

Across previous discussion boards which i used to frequent, senior members have told if within a. month there is no new promo then the show is in red status, does SP function similarly. Especially this producer may have good relations with star so there will be some benefit of doubt. hope so !!

On twitter saw some segments where Shaheer is talking about Abir getting some sort of warning and he was playing with some kids

To be frank he also seemed montonous, this guy has a very infectious smile, can strike conversations, his vocab also seems to be very good. This time it lack lusture. My POV. He isn't happy the way things are going ?

At the same time on twitter on SNS , Shaheer's fans seem internally positive, is it bcos he checks these handles regularly and they do not want to offend him . why cant his. fans be real. The tweet count also isn't huge like Yeh Un dino or Sufiyana Pyaar, online FD looks miniscule, i think KRPKAB FD was more in size.

It is here that i see viewers are frank enough in sync with those who watch tv as trps are in a state of decline.

It is sad to see step mother type treatment given to this baby show and the parent one hailed to glory.

Also in such situations, i personally feel that Shaheer should not have jumed into a new show just bcos his character is unique. Especially when he burnt his hands with DEM. I mean after a decade on TV and the man is famous in Indonesia , this path looks quite patchy.

Also wish to add he has lost oodles of weight. He looks better with a little bulk. His face has lost collagen

i feel makers are going to take it seriously with start of mishbir marriage preparation

as i am sure in marriage episode about 2 to 3 weeks there would be mahaepisode of yrkkh and yrhpk and they are planning for those grand episode as the mahaepisode is easy as naira has even talked to mishti and yrkkh is all about marriage of this that these those sister so they are going to include mishti marriage in yrkkh

and that will even give good promotion

and ya shaheer is really looking dull his best look is in haldi episode otherwise he is looking like some villan

Right now, my only problem with the show is the cross connection and robotic courtship. Minus that aspect, I find it pretty refreshing and look forward to watching it. Don't care for the montage or TRPs. Will watch as long as it appeals to me and I personally love Abhir and Mishti's growth, interactions and styling in the show so far.

Yeah this is it. There is no plot or a well written story.

That is why Shaheer in his interview spoke about liking his character and he also praised RS working style rather than story.

I found the marital courtship damn funny and the guy was parroting this word along with Mishti does not suit him.

But i think something is wrong in their own kitchen. That Divy Sharma made such a hue and cry abt his poems. Yday they added Shaheer's personal quotes in the episode.

What is happening ? , they need to get a grip on the story, why waste talent.

Apart from this SP is not helping in any manner

It is also sad to see Sharica in different shows where in one the characters are so damn twisted that it questions the viewers faculty of mind and and the other is caught up in a xerox copy of a parent show with a weak plot. Then trp matters

^^ Wish instead of this stupid spin off RS bring some brand new show with these Four minus too much family members and their drama then i guess he can show some guts and something very new in the show 😂😂

Sorry i have to disagree. I understand where you are coming from and your concerns. But i think he made a right decision choosing this as his next project.

Abir surely is a character that we might have seen many times on itv but how many times we see male lead given the importance and story they deserve. If we look at the state itv, its mostly either supernatural shows or ott family drama where male leads are just standing there like some showpiece. I think this show doesnt fall in either category. Altho it has some family problem but indian serials without some drama is impossible. Story can be changed according to preference. So, i dont think we should sorry about that too much.

Shaheer shouldnt have missed such opportunity where he is getting to play himself and he is doing tremendous job. Coming to his looks in the show, he has definately lost some weight but he hasnt lost the charm at all. His dialogue delivery, his smirk, his smile, his poetry delivery everything is superb. He just need a slight hair teim lol. But otherwise he is doing great as Abir. I dont think many itv actor could have done justice to this role apart from Shaheer.

It seems like their episode bank is lacking, as you said. Same scenes recycled in segments and no new promos to keep the viewers' interest. After watching the segments, it's almost like you don't need to watch the episodes because it is the same thing.

Regarding Shaheer picking YRHPK, he probably liked the character which is different from his most recent outings and also the PH+scale of the show. Rajan Shahi shows are like 5 year employment yojnas 😆 because that is their minimum run time. YRHPK is a show that is primed to be successful. Everyone involved in it expects it to be a sure shot success because it is a spin off of SP's flagship show and is helmed by Rajan Shahi. Shaheer probably thought Rajan Shahi's record would mean that the show would not shut shop too soon.

SP is known to be quite brutal with non-performing shows, especially those in prime time slots. However, I do think they will give it some time since Shahi has given them great TRPs.

The TRPs right now are just about average, right? Not bad but not great either.

Currently it is doing OK on TRP chart and anything below 1.6 is concerning. Again it depends on budget and if it's able to recover with profit and also PH and channel. YHM is running with low TRP from so long. They are not promoting this serial so much, not sure why. They may promote after IPL.

I also think Shaheer picked up because of PH/channel and his character.

You know i always more prefer to watch new and non-hype PH shows rather than popular ones ( Gul, Ekta, Rashmi S, Rajan S etc. ) cause those PH knows they've nothing to grab viewers attention on their show except a strong Script 💪📃 That's why their full focus on making a good script then characters and then casting. But these big and populer PHs are always overconfident😝 Their first priority is to hire populer actors and big channel then show off their money by choosing exosted location, expensive set, costumes, cinematic camera, prime slot then Over-hype promotions😜 And channels are always being over Greedy😂 so, A Good SCRIPT comes on their list at veryyyy last 😜🙄

ITV pattern will change when it comes with "Limited Episode" shows😀 and it'll possible when all Actors/Producers/Channels/Indian Audiences change their mindset and the way they'r watching ITV shows with exceptional conditions😒 Actors crave for long running shows cause they need to secure their employment, channels crave for their never ending greediness, PHs crave for their laziness and hide their non-creativity to bring new stories everytime and audiences crave cause they can't think beyond the chemistry n the cliche romances 😧 So, "Taali ek haath se nahi bajtee" 👏😂
