I was thinking the same way too as how this whole thing will come through given how the story was going. But in the latest segment of SBS, they showed Mishti in accident and lying in hospital. Abir saves her and brings her to hospital, but asks Kunal to care for her as he was leaving town as usual. He thinks his brother likes Mishti. In the segment, Kunal is shown to be sitting next to Mishti's bed in the hospital. Badi jaa comes there and thanks him for saving her.
I feel it is this act that makes the Maheshwari's to rethink regarding Rajvansh family proposal. They will again start to evaluate it thinking Kunal might have liked Mishti better and they should not ruin it for Mishti. Whatever Meenu did, neither Kuhu nor Mishti is at fault, neither is Kunal. All these three are victims of Meenu's manipulations. It is one of those situations where there is no just right or wrong, there are so many things that needs to be considered. I feel Naman being out of jail will also play a role in the family making this decision of accepting the proposal, thinking Kunal will protect Mishti from Naman,
Lot of this is my guesswork based on the segments and spoilers. The story may not go this way at all. 😆 😆
