The analogy used is ridiculous , so is the timing .

Dkp is so fked up 🤣 why would ppl watch the shows to educate themselves ? They will rather Google it or discuss it..the only purpose it serves is to brainwash the innocent minds & make them believe that the best place for women is the doormat of their sasural , that elders can never do wrong , that bhabhi jeth eyeing each other after shadi is normal , that having their own baby is imp even it means risking their life , kisi ko uda do aur Bolo mujhse galti Hui why would the law punish me ....and the list goes on ..wahan par koi progress nai , wahan society ko kya msg gaya , koi fark nahi padta...

Coming bk to abhiras saamaan dialogue , she's taken full inspiration from her mentor , upma aunty ..bas gyan do & never follow it..

Sad part is she never once advocated the idea of adoption or the fact that a person's life is complete in itself..much "adhoora" nai hota in woman's life if they choose not to have a baby or can't..they can still adopt & help an orphaned child ..

Here surrogacy is so complex bec ruhi is armans ex , plus his bhabhi now plus she hated abhira once ..in normal cases the baby is not shown to the mother so there's no bond but here baby will be in front of her always ..that's why it needs a lot of sacrifice & big heart which I'm not sure if ruhi & abhira possess.

Regardless of the intention addressing a child as "saman" and comparing a surrogate carrying child for 9 months with a woman carrying someone's luggage in her bag reflects pea sized brain of dialogue writers for whom infertility is a crime and child is merely a medium "saman" to keep husband-wife happy.

Disregarding the physics and emotional trauma one goes through in the process, this is dehumanising

What Ruhi did was shown as wrong, the screenplay tells you that Ruhi did the wrong thing

But here, it is being shown as a way of educating people

Those ladies were behaving like Roohi has sex sux with her jeth , so Abhira explained the concept of surrogate being the carrier. But honestly

This whole track doesn't make sense to me, so i won't comment on that. My comment was simply regarding the topic of samaan. Childbirth is very sensitive and painful, I dont know why in ITV childbirth is shown like a easy breeze. What are your opinion on surrogacy?

I am against surrogacy. It should be completely banned throughout the world. Just because something is possible biologically doesn't mean it's ethical. It's just another output of materialistic mindset.

Makes sense. I m 50-50 here, am not against surrogacy when it is driven by compassion and not transactional , as the case with Roohi here. But still why to endure the pain of childbirth, all the nausea and the possibility of postnatal depression, which is why I do not support surrogacy, even if it's not materialistic.

I have many times written agaisnt this concept but I know , humanity and sensitivity can't be taught so easily. It's taught from childhood, but in some cases mothers are themselves insensitive enough like the women who justify surrogacy. We can already predict what such kind of women will teach their kids. Then we have world full of criminals and r@pists because offcourse we have such insensitive women along with men passing their selfishness, materialism to their kids from generation to generation.

Even in case of surrogacy taken up due to compassion , a surrogate loses all rights on her body during surrogacy, she can't abort when she likes ,she can't take decision concerning her own health.

It just showcases the tendency of the couple to get a baby by hook or by crook, effectively prooving why nature didn't wanted them to have a baby in the first place.
