See him talking nonsense was expected for me. He hated that Armaan has more rights over his mom & hit him where he knew it would hurt him most. That's why I said it made sense to me - not that it was right in any way

Also I agree that itna deep main jaane se koi fayda nahi hai, coz ultimately as you said its stupid test

They cut out these soft kisses.. Editors 🔪.. . They rush some good episodes reducing the feels and then go very slow on some others..

Armaan started talking about going to PH right at the doorstep of Rks house. The least they could have done is show them go inside, share another hug, sit holding hands, do some small talk.

Abhimaan were not aware that RK also knows everything until he came drunk later on & they dont know that Shivani got her memory back. they can atleast ask a few questions to each other.

Atleast one question from Armaan saying- aap itne saal kahan the would be a good start. They dont even have to show the full conversation, it could have been interrupted by RK coming or maybe Shivani having a panic attack as soon as she is asked about past. but kuch toh puch lete ek dusre ko.

Shivani agreed all too easily to go with Armaan. why didnt she say- tumhaari dadisa nahi maanegi when Armaan requested her. that could have given him some pause.

Armaan's initial reaction to take her home to live with him is fair enuf since he is so overwhelmed. but when Abhira is pointing out that its gonna be messy, I wish they had taken some time to plan it a little bit. Yes the tamasha cannot be avoided and Armaan cannot leave Shivani anywhere. but surely one or two extra nights in RK's house or a hotel will not be the end of the world in the larger scheme of things. he can use the time to prime Shivani about what to expect and also decide how he is going to reveal truth. Maybe he could have arranged Madhav knowing truth before landing up at PH. I wonder if they will care to inform Shivani that Madhav has remarried etc. before they take her & land up at PH for the big reveal and tamasha. I hope they do.

when there is scope to drag episodes a little ,give some tehraav, they dont do it and rush the episode too much.

The really needed to have edited this scene better with the rishta BGM - I am so surprised the editors didn't cash on it. Also the FB scenes would have hit, if they added it here

Adding the flashbacks in that moment would have also elevated the emotional resonance of the scene making the reunion even more poignant.
