My biggest problem in the sibling equation is that Abhira knows nothing about anything. The complexities of relationships she wants to resolve, is immature, because you didn't know what caused it and you are a potential trigger.

Leave both Rooh-i and Abhi-r alone. Abhi-r, I can still give him benefit of doubt, because he was all alone, but I don't see the reason to give Rooh-i benefit of doubt, because there is no introspection which shows that Rooh-i and Abhi-r haven't outgrown their childhood.

You have said it so well. Having a child is no joke and it’s a big responsibility, one shouldn’t take the decision to have a child because you want to appease your mother-in-law in accepting your husband and marriage. And this is what Abheera did, knowing full well her body/health can’t sustain a pregnancy without risk to both baby and mother. Both Armaan, Abheera knew this before marriage, so why not take precautions to not get pregnant.
