On the top of it mahaan FL shouting on the baby's ear . Won't that harm the bay's ear and expose him to infection ? A baby who is breastfed , develops immunity because mother's milk has colostrum , which is needed for the baby to develop immunity . But here the baby is being fed formula milk , which is not that good for the baby's immunity .
Colostrum is present for initial 4-5 days only. So baby got that though not from bio mom.
