Armaan and Rohit are seen very concerned for their wives and babies out side the operating rooms of Abheera and Ruhi . Nurse comes and hands them consent forms asking them to select whom they wish to save if they have to choose between mother n baby . Ar goes very emotional and chooses Abhira . He weeps for not choosing his baby . Rohit’s choice is not shown . Ro Taksa care of Emotional Ar .
Nurses wheel in an incubator to Ab’s OT as the baby is premature . Ar is concerned for Ab .
At Poddar house , Kaveri is readying Shagun ki thaali for welcoming two great grand children . She accidentally drops one wrist band and it shatters , all beads scatter all over . Kv recollects the prediction by pandit ji and gets very scared at this apshagun.
At life saver hospital, Docs are trying to save Ab, she suffers blood loss and docs and nurses arrange blood for her.
Ar is very worried , he is reassured by Ro .
At Poddar house Vidya is very agitated as Ro Ar do not replay to her phone calls . She decides to call up the hospital . Madhav stops her . He lovingly explains to her n calms her . She derives solace from his hug.
At hospital, Doc informs the two husbands that their wives were both safe . Ro Ar are very relieved and hug eachother n get emotional . Soon the nurse informs only one baby could be saved .
Ar gets agitated as they wheel out the incubator from Ab’s room. Hs hugs the incubator .
At Poddar house Kv calls the hospital and over hears the news that one Poddar bahu has lost her baby . She is very upset.
Ab in still under effects of anaesthesia, Ar sits besides her , he is handed his lifeless baby and he weeps uncontrollable . Very emotional scene as he talks tk his lifeless BSP .

Abhira recovers from surgery , she asks Armaan where is her BSP , Ar remains silent n teary eyed , he is emotional about breaking the sad news to her , she pleads him tk show her their baby , right then Rohit arrives and declares here is her BSP.
Ar argues with Ro outside the room that this is not BSP , this is Ro’s baby. Ro argues that there can be no better parents to his son that AbhiMaan . Both brothers cry n hug as Abheera hugs the newborn baby .
