Wow so informative ..platelet low ? Yrkkh writers googled a lot it seems ...prev gen were doctors family , wahan se knowledge Liya hoga

Platelet low means abhira is not normal def , shes sick..n she needs blood transfusion if its too low....Matlab ye kya dikhayenge that abhira donates blood to madhav then madhav donates blood to abhira or connect both with a pipe so that platelet count balance ho jaaye dono ka ?
