Why would she go to a forest to have a breakdown...the way vidya was asking her to stop Madhav for sure she has gone behind him to stop him

I hope it is something as simple as Ab going to find a moment of peace and Madhav finding her there.. Ab going behind a police inspector on a dangerous mission to stop him not informing anyone else will be plain stupidity. And we are nowhere in the story for a white day unless the actor need a break or something.. That entire what if I don't come back dialogue is confusing though..
