I kind of agree may be Shahi wants to show Open marriage concept but as that’s not acceptable in India they can’t show it with their FL as we all know ItV FL’s are always perfect and pure , so he was showing it with the vamp Babhi,showing her lust for her married jeth, per bechara Rohit ko nahi patha open marriage ke bare mein ,isliye bhag kar mar gaya. She was remembering her jeth when her husband is hugging from back ,she has been constantly trying to woo jeth ji , doing sexy dance with her jeth this all can be considered as part of open marriage.

If they r hiding this from Abhira am sure she will hate these cheaters for hiding their 2 min maagie from her and cheating her through out.

If achi babhi is so sachi why didn’t she tell Vidya why Rohit ran away from home ? Why did Vidya hide from Kv and other family ? Am sure they r hiding all this for a reason and this track will be a bigger revelation for babhi to get chappals and shoes followed by kicking out of the house. And TRP audience will enjoy this track as they have been waiting for long.

I have not studied law completely So I don't know laws regarding marriage but as per Google Forced marriages are illegal in India and can only be legal if consent of the involved persons is free n not coerced forced etc. Forced marriage is a violation of human rights

Both Abhira n Armaan were forced by Ak their Consent was not free they were forced to accept it So their marriage is not legal

Their later 1 year deal marriage should be a legally enforceable deal or contract or agreement but their marriage is void the moment their consent was obtained forcefully

I only know business laws but don't have much knowledge about other laws So this whole thing might be wrong

But If whatever as per Google is true then Abhira Armaan's marriage is not legal

If not still As per their deal there was no clause regarding not having gf/bf or anything of that sort So both are free to do whatever they

Haha may be in north side pyaar mil jaye is used in weddings but to be honest i never heard of this song until when i watched the show so it's not as popular as ppl think. I have heard below song in south marriages

No dear, the music you posted above also uses in Karnataka marriage & upanaya( thread ceremony ).Tabla & dhol also plays important part in our functions.
