Here they aren't replacing d actor they r phasing out d char so it's impossible 4 d audience 2 accept unless nd until Ishaan is an a₹@@ like Jagya of BV or like Vanraj ciz of which Shiv nd Anuj were accepted . All other forced acheaadmis butchering d MLS like Aryan, Satya, Daljeet all were rejected by d trp audience!

He is right that he did show growth in his character and did his best. He clearly wasnt amazing to begin with but he left on a high in terms of his performance. But he cant pretend like he got along with all. He clearly had some attitude problems on set, was sidelining his FL and busy doing gulu gulu with Prats. Every actor has mentioned how he was disrespectful to crew and had airs of being too big for his shoes.

but he's right that Shahi should have discussed directly what his issues were . He also should have fired him in private instead of firing him in front of everyone. Humiliating someone in public is definitely not cool. And that bit is very hurtful and Sheh is clearly right to be upset about it.

Cant believe everything Sheh says. But RS is definitely not some dudh ka dhula. He clearly has his own attitude issues.

But Sheh claiming he cant read things on his phone and wanted people to read out his lines etc is ridiculous.

Sid Kannan seems to have his own agenda though.

He messed up by behaving rudely to the crew and by prioritizing his romance with Prats over his job.

But His own performance was definitely improving and he had great chemistry with Sam.

I dont believe everything he says but I think he's right to expect that if some issues were raised about his conduct - that feedback would be directly discussed with him by RS and he'd not be publicly humiliated when he's being terminated.

And ab terminate kar diya hai toh no point washing dirty linen in public. So that bit of how he behaved in award show etc is definitely believable.

RS thinks he is a big boss because he's a really senior producer and it seems totally believable that he's telling everyone not to work with Sheh just because he doesn't like the guy.

And thats not fair.

Thik hai attitude hai usmein, but usko apna dekhne doh. He'll have to work on his own personality. Why go sabotage his career or say mean things in public when he's clearly in a position of power.
