pandya store S1 was a good show … and the monikers were funny
Bhagodi ki beti , petticoat chhap , patrani, Markundi gai , mami ki behen ki beti … they were crude but funny nevertheless

Yes.. there are so many logical ways to take the story forward.. but writers are hellbent on stretching the triangle.. they shouldn’t even have brought this Armaan Ruhi wedding track.. it’s so distasteful.. they could have brought out armaan’s birth mother story and solved Madhav Vidya’s strained relationship.. they could have brought the truth of Abhira being goenka’s granddaughter out.. there are so many unsolved issues.. they could shown Ruhi, it’s not worth waiting for Armaan as he has moved on and brought in Rohit and ended the story on a happy note.. but what they are showing now, the story line is getting complicated and not many people are interested to watch PL’s wedding with ML… they have butchered ML’s character so much.. now making changes in FL’s character too.. the once sunshine character is a melodramatic queen now.. they should atleast now move the show logically and bring in some positivity to make the show enjoyable to watch..

I agree, they stuffed up with the wedding/wedding planner track!! I doubt that the TRP would increase as per the current track. No one will accept Arman and Abhira because they destroyed Arman's character beyond repair.

I think they best bet is a generational leap.

I think irrespective of Garvita's acting prowess or the lack of it, Ruhi's character is surely coming across as shallow, self-absorbed and petty! And the makers have a good reason in her unaddressed childhood abandonment issues to eventually show she behaved this way only in the fear being abandoned once again if they choose to! It's at the very atleast a plausible reason for her character to become acceptable.. because no amount of ww can correct her mistake of marrying Rohit just to remain close to Armaan! But I really don't think the makers are capable of it. Tbh, in the conversation today, she is trying her best to treat Abhira as a complete outsider and make Armaan feel like he shouldn't get so worked up with "family" over someone inconsequential.. she doesn't even want to acknowledge her as his ex-wife or even ex-zimmedari! That's why she's asking him why he even needs to help her after sugar-coating the fake concern for Abhira. She is too self-absorbed to worry about anyone else at all! But I'm sure they will eventually show her being nice to Abhira just like they showed that scene with Charu after she had already done the damage.. After all sisterly bond has to keep making an appearance!!

Either way, why only Ruhi, it's sad that not one woman in the household including Manisha had one thing to say about the vindictive man! I mean she usually gets some sarcastic one-liners here and there and even that was missing today! I'm not sure how the audience is expected to have any resonance with this family.. Armaan tho hero Hai, he will get accepted with a few lollipops, but this family is by far the most regressive family this show has seen!!

Brushing most crimes short of murder done by family members especially is one thing that has absolutely not changed on ITV in forever!! Falsifying a document tho phir bhi is a usual, done-to-death trope.. okay maybe not falsifying but dhoke se sign on docs types! Same same!!

Itna bhi mil jaaye, I'll be ready to do a ghoomar!! after the rain sequence add in one Armaan Ruhi honest conversation and then whatever else!! And that's it.. I'd consider all these wasted days on the show worth it but if only wishes were horses

Instead of generational leap, they should solve all the pending issues and end the story on a happy note.. but even if they are going for a leap, please stop with these triangles..
