I hear what you say, however, there needs to be consistency and some logic to the story. It makes no sense when in the previous episodes they show her walking out because she has "self respect" then in next episode she is dancing her way back to the same house to get more humiliated.
With her qualifications, I am pretty sure there many other jobs she can take than a wedding planner. The story has no logic.
If this is the writer's extent of creativity that the only way for her to be involved is to be a wedding planner, then this could be properly executed too. For example, what was that lame and embarrassing entry dance? That was not required at all - it just makes her unlikable.
