Can Dev be Abhir, Abhira’s brother?

I haven’t watched yrkkh consistently but roughly know about the plots. In this show, they often show romantic relationship between the heroine’s brother and hero’s cousin. Could it be possible that Dev is Abhira’s long lost brother, Abhir? Was there any indication in the previous episodes?

Even abhira ka akshara ki beti hona bhi i doubt ayega agar aya bhi it will be to ask abhira to sacrifice for ruhi by saying abhira's mom was an instrument in Ruhi's parents demise.

Once she leaves everything they may reunite and forget about past. There wil not be any connection to past gen post that.

Why question will be raised on her mother! This is not 16th century. If your husband divorces you, then you have right to marry second time.

She acted like she loved only one person and used the other dude for abhir. So all these things can come back as if she did not even overcome from her first husband moh why did she ruined the other one by agreeing to marry him.

So all these things will create bad reputation for her so bringing that may not look nice.

In the same light abhira's mumma was some one's ex before his death but she never mentioned about him after taking favours from him.

In the end i treat character as fictional. I can put forth opinion in a polite way and i expect others to do the same. So i prefer ppl asking me why i said that before assuming what i said.

You are right, but the thing is Abhir & Roohi are of exactly same age. Akshara and her sister were pregnant roughly around the same time. But Dev and Roohi don't look of same age. He looks elder but yes, definitely anything can happen

It’s better that Dev Sir is some past enemy of Poddars who marries Charu to take revenge on them.

Oh no poor Charu .. there is a possibility that he has an axe to grind with Sanjay Bansal and is using Charu to get back at him

Dev may or may not Abhir... It may have been possible if guy wasn't behaving like some messed up guy. He says he was married and loves Charu now or something... Now seems like revenge plan.

But I do hope they bring back Abhir. Abhira needs a brother who can be by her side incase when things does not look right. I don't trust Goenkas.

And in this show, no... That's not always the trend. It was just Gen 2.

In Gen 1, Heroine's brother married FL's best friend... And they were the best... I don't think anyone in Gen 1 married within Singhaniya and Maheshwari, except Naitik Akshara. Help me recall any other pair. Rashmi married Nikhil and then some Gujju guy, Nandini married Mohit, aur kaun tha? Maheshwaris mein toh kitne bacche the... Ke sab ka track hi kya rakhe

So, hero's brother and heroine's sister are not always together, except in Gen 2 where all relatives married among themselves... Gayu, Naksh, Naira all were married into Goenkas

I won't talk much or anything about Gen 3, but that there ML and FL ke bhai-behen were not end game but yes, FL's brother did marry FL's husband's sister.

Now, Dev - had he been kept some cool integrated guy, it was possible but what confuses me is why such a well known actor would play super sidey role? He may have been promised something major..... Hence,0.05% chance of him being Abhir.
