One thing I have noticed is makers always include Ar ru scene before showing Ar’s concern for Abhira scene… the hug after dark room confession.. I don’t know about others but for me it dilutes the essence of his care… it’s editing mistake or they purposely do it god knows

They do it show the contrast how he treats both the women. His care for Ruhi stems from the guilt of throwing her into this situation while for Abhira his care seems genuine and not forced down by any form of guilt.

I agree 100%. After getting badmouthed by Ruhi and Armaan both,still she is putting in her 2 cents and was herself also going to the Goenka House. Absolutely hated this action.

He's being stupid and theres no excuses for it. Ruhis family would not wish ill on her. If he genuinely only wants to support her autonomy in making decisions that is different. He should be telling her to make decisions for her own life and speak up. Or at the very least acknowledge that she's immature and irresponsible if he is gonna let himself get dragged into it all. Armaans care for Abbira seems to be only because she is his zabardasti 1 year ki zimmedari. Varna he'd know at least her date of birth. And if he cared, he'd not be yelling at her about chori right after her discharge from hospital.

Abhira has got overly attached to Arman. When she got hit by the car, she called out for Arman. This track is here to make her disillusioned about her relationship with Arman, leading to short separation so that Arman realizes her worth in his life.

Today's episode was kinda great overall. There was finally MOVEMENT in the story. The director and writing was top notch.

1. The Ar-Ab auto scene was symbolising how if Ar doesn't grow a spine soon and doesn't let go of Ru, then Ab will cut ties with him. He is guilty, confused, everything, but he needs to take a decision. And be firm on that.

2. Ar-Ru's staircase scene with Ab's parallel was one of the best shot scenes in Rishta gen4. It clearly symbolised how Ru is the one coming in between Ab and Ar's rishta. It was a parallel to Ar-Ru's very first meeting where he saved her. Today Ru kind of repaid his debt by saving him. He should be free now.

3. Ru cornered him and was trying to get a confession out of him. His only thought was, why put me under the bus again? She wanted him to fight for her, fight for their love (just like last time) and just like last time, he ran for Ab. He will never make Ruhi his priority. His pagalpan is only reserved for Abhira.

4. The hospital scene was amazing. Starting from Armaan's desperation to his realisation of how less he knows Ab. He only views her as his zimmedaari. But she is his WIFE. He is always so preoccupied with Ru and her ddp, that he never took out time to get to know Abhira. That scene was amazingly written and enacted by Shehzada. Hopefully this is a turning point in their story. Hopefully this means that Armaan will put efforts into their relationship.

Precap - I will reserve my judgement for the actual episode.

he was forced to marry Abhira .. he did not want to marry her .. Akshara forcibly pushed him .. he has treated Abhira nicely keeping her in his house and he saved her from Yuvraj .. repaying the debt that Akshara did by taking the bullet for him .. he is not a police officer that he should go to save Abhira n Akshara ..

If he does not feel like her husband that’s not his fault .. but he is using Abhira as a facade to hide his EMA with Ruhi that is wrong .
And Abhira should not get too much involved in Ruhi Armaan or their family matters .. do her duty n job and move out fast .. so far the Poddars have treated her nicely . And now since Yuvraj has been arrested she should move out ASAP .. the more she stays the messier it will be to come out
