1. Today's Abhimaan scene was really beautiful, but it didn't hit me like it should have coz I don't feel the pull anymore. At the back of my mind, I have this feeling that Armaan would do same for Ruhi also. He would be bandaging her and giving her mooney eyes if she were to get injured like this. So this ArAb scene just didn't do it for me? Here, the CVs really failed to strike a balance. Had they not given than unnecessary Ruhaan scene of Ruhi being ill, this ArAb scene would have hit different.

2. This is slowest of the slow burns I have ever watched on ITV. It's been 3 months already and the leads haven't gone past the friendship stage (despite being married for more than 2 months). It's bizarre coz they don't even think about each other romantically or have any kind of jealousy. I mean little attraction from either of them needs to come now. Story needs to move fwd.

3. I just don't understand the point of prolonging the Ruhaan angle to be very honest. It has served its purpose. We know Ar Ru loved each other and probably still do. Now what? We aren't interested in bigamy, nor do we wish to watch Ruhaan romance if Abhimaan are endgame. Then what's the point of showing their scenes (if Abhira isn't watching)? Instead bringing back Rohit and starting a parallel RuHit slowburn romance will give them more scope for content.

4. Instead they can bring Rohit back and not reveal the truth, but show some angst between Armaan /Rohit/ Ruhi. Or they can show Ar Ab starting to feel for each other, but suddenly Ruhaan's truth comes out and Ab stops herself from falling. At least something is needed.

5. The last high point of the show came in Dec when Rohit got to know the truth. After that since last 1.5 months, story is stuck. Except for progression in Abhimaan's friendship and some Dadisa Abhira scenes, nothing has changed.

6. With ArAb they can try so many tropes. Friendship dikha di. They can show slowly falling for each other. Subtle jealousy. Ab finding out Ar's mom's truth and helping him. ArAb cementing a place in the family. Ab becoming completely independent. Ab's lineage truth. Separation. Proper wedding. They literally have 1 year worth of content ready. But they are not moving only. I don't understand what's the purpose?

7. Lastly, anyone else noticed that they have completely stopped showing romantic ArAb scenes since a week? After party, we haven't gotten anything at all. Even today's scene was super rushed. Is it because they don't want them to move ahead in their relationship?

Sach batau toh mujhe bhi abhimaan/Mahira scene kuch kash nhi laga , sayad bts ,ke wajah se ya phir armaan ne same reaction roohi ke liye bhi tha do teen din pehle isliye Aisa hua samjh nhi aai

Lekin woh dono sirf dost hi Lage mujhe, kuchh special connection feel hi nahi hua 😔

Answer to all of your questions is that they want to extend ab-ar falling in love phase because trp has been stable and they are not worried. But they are ruining him with his interactions with ruhi. We need closure of this triangle now. But I think we won't see movement in storyline any time soon. I'm just hoping if they don't want to move ahead with story atleast don't ruin AR anymore

The scene was super rushed. They didn't even spend time for both of them to settle and tend to each other's wounds. Fatafat 1 min mein nipta diya.

If makers are just trying to show them as great friends with this scene, then fine. But if they wanted to show a special connection, then they failed. Direction was really bad. And the Ruhaan scene 2 days back left a bitter taste which wouldn't let us root for AbAr

That's what. I know they wanna prolong it. That's fine. But why show unnecessary scenes like that Bedardiya one and then follow it up with Abhimaan scene? Problem is not the former scene. Problem is that the latter loses its charm then. Like it did this time.

One of my theories for that scene is that if ar hadn't acted like that ruhi would've left the house again and again the blame would've been on armaan-abhira. Button scene was the real issue for me in the first place. Because at the end it become meaningless

I liked the scene where Ruhi is trying to stitch button and Armaan pushes her away. And she drops some truth bombs on how he never took a stand for their relationship but does that for Abhira. All that was good. Atleast in that conversation we saw some progress. We could see Ar being more involved with Ab than Ru. But what followed (the illness scene) was totally useless. It didn't serve any purpose tbh. That's my issue. Unless someone catches them together or it moves the story fwd, why give us faltu Ruhaan scenes?

Maybe Armaan still has some lingering feelings for Ruhi. But does he intend to work on it? No. His care for Ruhi 2 episodes back looked quite ordinary to me. In the morning Armaan and Ruhi had a confrontation about Ruhi trying hard but unable to move on. Moreover, her heart breaks everytime he takes a stand for Abhira who is just his responsibility but he never stood up for his love. It ended up with Ruhi accusing him of having fallen in love with Armaan. Armaan rejected the very idea but questioned her back why did she feel so. He wants to know what brought her to this conclusion. Evening comes and Vidya asks him to look after Ruhi as no one is around.

He sees her unable to pour herself a glass while hysterically coughing(to emphasise how sick she is) of water and rushes to help her. He was genuinely concerned about Ruhi. Does he still have feelings for her? Well that is ambiguous. He does find himself responsible for Ruhi's condition. His guilt of not being able to make things alright is eating him up daily. Since no one was at home he took care of her. He didn't think it was crossing the boundary. Had that been the case he would have felt guilty like the time he felt after the cottage episode. He felt guilty for skipping the treat by Abhira and apologised for the same as soon as she came.

The point being is Armaan is definitely not a cheater nor is an immoral man. He will never work on immoral thoughts. He knows that she is his brother's wife and time and again has drawn the boundaries. But at the same time he knows Ruhi is emotionally unstable and is undergoing therapy. At times like these he cannot be firm with her. Otherwise he wouldn't have been firm with her during the Christmas party when he had stronger feelings for Ruhi.

Only CV's know. Ruhi behaving normally since those couple of scenes. Perhaps that was closure of the triangle although it's highly unrealistic

Individually I'm fine with both button and the medicine scene. But collectively it made no progression to the story. I thought button scene was closure from AR's side and him setting up boundaries. But then the bedardya sequence happened armaan calling ruhi abhira twice. So it now becomes a necessity for ar to made up for all these things he said to ruhi otherwise she would've left the house. So I was fine with medicine episode. Issue is we are back to the point before the button sequence where ar was unable to set boundaries and ruhi was making constant advances. So all those sequences become useless

I feel Armaan and Ruhi...precisely Armaan more as I mostly ignore Ruhi, So Armaan looks more in love with idea of LOVE than love itself. I dunno if it makes sense but that's how I feel it. Otherwise he looks very much shifted to being a friend/family to Ruhi from ex bf and at the same time shifted to being a life partner to Abhira from friend..but if he's being asked about the same he goes in denial due to several reasons.

And I agree they're clearly delaying love story.. that's why Yuvi track is imp. If there is still no progress by the end of it then there will be troublesmiley36
