A slightly different perspective. It is Armaan who is sacrificing by being in this unwanted relationship. Abhira is still getting something out of it - safety and security. Armaan gets nothing - not even the time to mourn his lost love (it was love for him and he is not looking for Ema as shown in the show). He could have simply walked away saying no to Akshara but he did not. Akshara saved his life but he got into this whole mess also because he cared to help them. We don't blame Abhira for this because she is not responsible for Yuvraj's abducting her then how can we blame Armaan for Akshara's death when clearly Yuvraj is the culprit.
By Abhira's own admission, she is not his wife and by extension she is not his family.I absolutely hated Abhira interfering between Armaan and Rohit - I would hate it if I fought with my sister or best friend and my husband fought with them on my behalf, however well-meaning he might be and I would similarly respect his relationships and not pitch in unless asked. That whole drama was followed by Rohit leaving the family - which is a big thing. How was th
e family and Armaan wrong in lashing out at Abhira (esp since they know nothing about Armaan and Ruhi)? Every angry word is not abuse. And we should not use these words so lightly.
I love Abhira's cuteness (and I loved Abhinav earlier) but I absolutely hate all fls on itv who are busybodies going around telling the world how everyone should behave. As if they have a copyright on morality - and they justify and stick to their self righteousness even when asked to stay away. Why can't Abhira stick to her room and focus on studying, treat this home as a safe house? I understand her loss and loneliness as well as her need to have someone by her side in her extreme grief. But logically she has a higher chance of getting that support from Armaan as long as she does not intrude and pick fights with his family. And she can slowly build friendships in his family without all this drama - younger cousins anyways like her enough.
