I still have problem with understanding Pratiksha's dialogues but didnt she also mention Abhir's name, saying he took everything away. Abhir, the innocent kid who lost his adoptive father and family after his arrival to the Goenkas' family and later lost his life along with his father in a tragedy. Despite having surgery at such a young age and all the struggles he couldn't make it. His life is more unfortunate than that of this grown-up with fake lashes. Ruhi grew up in the luxury of the Goenkas, but it was Arohi's choice to leave Birla House so its not their fault they cut ties with Ruhi. Once Manjari might have learned about AbhiM and Abhir, they all might have decided to sever ties with Ruhi and the Goenkas.
