Episode begins with Aks getting shot by Yuvraj as he fires and Aks rushes forwards to shield Armaan. All are shocked as Abhira scream fearing for her mother’s life . Yuvraj’cronies escort him out fearing the consequences of this shooting.
soon police tram arrives . Inspector orders the men to go nab Yuvraj and his cronies, he orders a lady constable to rush the injured lady to hospital .
At Udaipur Manish Goenka gets bad dreams n sixth sense about something very wrong happening . Swarna calms n reassures him.
At hospital argument between Abhira Armaan and the staff takes place on giving priority to patient’s life saving procedures or filing police case . Armaan being lawyer warns them of the rules . Soon senior doctor arrives and he orders Aks to be shifted into emergency .
Emotional moment for Abhira as her mother is getting treated .
Armaan feels guilty as Aks took the bullet that was aimed at him. He recollects how Abhira had consoled n supported him when he was upset over his own father received gun shot wound . He tries to calm n console Abhira .
In the emergency Doctors struggle to save Aks but her condition is critical due to blood loss , she removes her oxygen and requests tk speak to her bade papa on emergency .
Manish gets emotional amps he hears Aks’s voice and remembers some beautiful Aks Manish moments … Aks also gets emotional hearing his voice . She wants to share something urgent n important.
Right then Roohi arrives and asks B Naanu who he was talking to . Manish recollects how Roohi was an orphan because of Aks , how Roohi hated Aks , the bitter memories turn him bitter m he forgets his emotions and vents out at Aks and cuts off the line .

Outside the OT , Abhira and Armaan pray to the lord for Aks’s life , soon Armaan tries to calm heart broken Abhira , she lashes out at him for coming here n intervening in her marriage to Yuvraj . For being the reason Yuvraj getting upset n shooting at Aks . While he had a huge family she had only her mother n that too she had lost because if him, she pushes him away n asks him tk stay away from her , soon both notice Yuvraj and his cronies searching the hospital for Abhira .
Armaan pulls Abhira aside behind the pilla n hide from Yuvraj. As Abhira protests, he covers her mouth n gags her . They soon escape into Aks’s room.They notice Aks was in critical state and doctors informed about the poor prognosis for her .
