The episode begins with Aarohi and Aks readying the two kids and having tough time explaining to the kids why Aarohi and Roohi were living in Goenka house rather than Birla house . Muskaan distracts them n takes them away .

Aks gets a call from money lenders who demand their dues from AbhiN . They pester Aks for the remaining unpaid dues, she assures she will repay.

Manjari arrives for having talks with Aks privately . She offers her any amount of cash for freeing AbhiM. She is ready to py any amount to repay AbhiN’s loans .

Akd retorts back and declines , she shames her for selling her son n then AbhiN too . , refuses to accept any money , they have prolonged argument , she leaves the room feeling disgusted . Manjari follows her n tries to plead Aks .

She chases Aks as she tries to ignore her .Aks trips and falls on her stomach , the Goenka family gets horrified .AbhiM is furious with his mom for causing this to Aks . He orders her to stay away Aks faints and is rushed to hospital. Bade papa shouts at Manjari n gives him a piece of his mind , he shows her the mirror and accuses her for being the reason Aarohi n Roohi we’re back to Goenka house and AbhiM also deserting her. Manjari keeps on insisting she did not cause by harm , she never pushed alks and this was accident . Bade papa accuses her to mentally torturing Aks with her taunts n hurtful words, Muskaan accuses her of forcing Aks to go for Abortion then trying to give money for AbhiN and AbhiM . The Goenka family is shocked n very worried for Aks n her baby .

At hospital Aks is in critical care , Doc informs her status n baby’s status remain critical n doubtful outcome .

AbhiM performs prayer n penance before Shiv Ji for well being of Aks and her baby.

Muskaan is seen praying pleading God for saving the lives of Bhaabhi n AbhiN’s nishaani.

Mahima tells AbhiM that they wergoing ahead with the new addition of VIP hospital. If he had any objections he better vacate the position of MD of Birla Hosp.

AbhiM is seen vacating his office with all his stuff.

Aarohi requests Mahima to reinstate AbhiM s he was going around various places looking for a new job.

Aks over hears secretly and feels all this was happening because of her. First he left his mother. Then his house , now his job , she feels guilty .
