Manjari's trajectory has been interesting. She was always very adamant about her son's happiness and about him getting married and yeah I feel like she used her health and stress levels to influence Abhi in a LOT of cases. The whole debacle with Ak started with Manjari insisting that Abhi get married, then she messed up and thought he wanted to marry the topper Arohi instead of the singer Akshara. Its the reason people call her kaandmata cause she is the one who ends up causing a lot of issues for Abhi always.

But....her love for him was always superior to everything. She forgave Ak and Arohi for almost killing her and infact persuaded Abhi several times to make up with Ak when the fault was clearly Ak's. She was like a mother to Ak as well and really cared for her. Ak was another kaand person though and created a lot of issues in Birla house and esp in Manjari's life post marriage. This forced Abhi to choose between the two of the them again and again, even though both Manjari and Ak asked him to choose the other. Arohi was the reason that Neil's truth came out, but Manjari blamed Ak for it. Then later when Abhira relationship soured because of it, she herself made Abhi understand and to go make up with Ak. Finally there was the Manjari-Harsh divorce sequence as well.

After the first leap is when Manjari's behavior towards AK changed drastically. She saw Abhi in pain for a whole year and it was clear to her that Ak did it for her brother. She then went into a coma during which the whole sacrifice and then divorce narrative came out. When she got out of the coma she didn't care about the year separation or the reasons Ak had, she just wanted them to be together again and happy. It was only after their divorce news came out that Manjari hardened towards Ak. She didn't care much about the year long sacrifice I think which was a major surprise to us. And then for the reunion she was kind of annoyed with Ak for taking so long to say yes to Abhi. When they finally got back together she explained to Abhi that her fear was that Abhi loved Ak far more than she loved him and this was similar to her relationship with Harsh where she loved him, but he didn't love her.

So after the first leap, Manjari had already started equating Ak to Harsh in the fact that they both didn't care enough and only cared about themselves. While she and Abhi were the lovers who spent their whole lives trying to be enough for them. Then Manjari blamed Ak for Neil's death, which is a lot of the reason Abhi kicked her out cause he didn't want Manjari to get worse. Now with Ak having moved on from Abhi and having a kid from another man, the similarities between her and Harsh are increasing, plus they are entering a marriage of convenience from her end while Abhi hopelessly loves her. So its all ringing a LOT of alarms for Manjari from her own life.

That is why she is behaving like this.

Brilliant analysis 👏. Honestly can't blame Manjari, her actions may be questionable but her intention is to protect her child from pain. For a mother, that's her duty & Manjari is an amazing mom. The only one who unconditionally loves Abhi. Not like matlabi,shallow Ak. But Abhi fails to understand that it's futile to love Ak,she'll give him nothing but pain. She isn't even empathetic to her own child Abhir. That itself says a lot about her.

This might seem plausible. Is she good? I didn't watch her serial.

There are news spreading around that she will have a miscarriage from that friday incident. They are feeding fake news . Since they do not have any idea about the leap, they just blurt anything.

I watched a video on YT just now. RS mentioned that there would be a happy ending for this season. The narrator herself said that what happy ending when Abhira is dying...this cracked me up

I agree with most of what you are saying. I think the problem with Manjari has always been that her intentions may be good and clear, but she goes too far with manipulations and stuff to get her way and she often doesn't realize the impact on Abhi. Ak also does the same thing with Abhir a lot of times but in her case it's about hiding things. She may have good intention behind hiding things, but she still hides them and lies thus creating trust issues for Abhir. And she also goes too far in what she thinks is good for Abhir.

Manjari definitely needs to give Abhi some space but I suppose that is what this next sequence is about. Her being too stubborn with actually cause her to lose her son.

I agree, that is the case with Manjiri. I sympathaize with her. The day Abhi shouts unintentionally at her is not so far and will be her greatest pain. I can already see that she is practically living because Abhi is with her. I want to have this redemption of Manjiri to end soon. It is unbearable see these kinds of things :(.

What you say about Akshu is also right. In fact she is good at hiding things and avoiding situations. She blames Abhi for having trust issues and all. She is no saint either. Because of her avoidance behaviour and concealing things, it made the relationship weak.

I am going to be devastated when Abhi finally gets angry with her. I think he has never actually gotten that angry with Manjari. The people he loves, Manjari, Neil, Ak, he usually treats them with the utmost care and concern. With Manjari and to some extent Neil, he also never got angry when they made mistakes. With Ak he always got angry about her mistakes too. But in general, Manjari-Abhi relationship is soo sweet, I can't bear to imagine Abhi living apart from her. But there is also this deep co dependence in that relationship and I do think its high time to resolve that. They should both find a way to live without each other for sometime.

Does Manjiri know that her and Harsh’s relationship is the reason that Abhi never believed in love and marriage, does she know how much their relationship affected his mental health and the trauma it caused? The codependence is from Manjiri’s side because Abhi did live in Kasauli for a month without her. Also, being protective of her since childhood, Abhi is always going to worry about her wellbeing and be protective. He was forced to grow up to soon and be the protector of his mother when it should have been her shielding him from Harsh :/.

Also what exactly is Manjiri’s illness, that was never clarified. The whole reason Abhi agreed to marry Arohi before leap was also because of Manjiri’s health and the family pressuring him because after Akshara rejected him, he was ready to move and was like I survived before without love and I can survive now. But Manjiri and the family kept using her health and telling him to think about marriage with Arohi- like honesty he was emotionally manipulated if you think about it 🫤
