Didn't you read complete post. Akshara og and Naira both had parents to scold and correct them they didn't have so much childhood baggage and both had parental influence on their upbringing. Naira even living apart remembered her parents and their upbringing while akshara even if she stayed away from home her grandparents didn't put their foot down and resolved tension between sister disciplined them in fact they let her go taking easy way out to avoid conflict. And that's what she learned going away to avoid conflict and also hearing her mother's stories a biased views from her grandparents she knew her mother did the same things so she didn't think it's wrong to leave everything behind for family and go away from their life
