For Abhimanyu’s self respect point , I truly believe abhinav did the same. He was craving for family so he grabbed the offer when got the offer to have family who can fill empty photo frames. He accepted her in any way possible…whether she loves him or not .. whether she had moved on or not.. abhinav happily accepted her and Abhimanyu’s child because he had craving of having family.
The thing is Akshara never take much time to move on from marriages just like her father kartik.

Abhi is marrying her for their own kid, not someone else’s. They don’t even know she is pregnant yet in the show🤣.

They didn’t ruin anyone’s happiness- both Arohi and Abhinav willingly got engaged/ married to Akshara and Abhi- Akshara and Abhi were both clear in their expectations when doing engagements/marriages with the other two.

Also, it’s like everyone forgets that in the beginning after the first tilak cancellation- Akshara was going to talk to Abhi. Arohi ended up in the hospital and was like you should say yes to Abhi as he loves you but remember if you do my relationship with you will never be fixed.
Akshara is a victim of Arohi- even when she didn’t even do anything to Arohi, she would be blamed.

Vaisa hei toh abhimanyu ko apni galti samajne mei 6 saal Lage aur ithni confrontations k bad samjha toh akshara ko ab tak uska apna realisation aaya nhi hei toh jab voh hoga sab hoga but alas yaha akshara k mamle mei sabko jaldi rehti hei.
