Episode begins with Aks Abir sweet moments of love n bonding . She tells Him that he was wrong to arrange a date for his mumma and docman, she was justified in getting angry n missing out on his school PTM, she apologises for all that n showers him with love .
At Birla hospital , they are searching for some legal document regarding Birla Hospital but it’s missing , AbhiM is unable to contact the lawyer . He wonders if he should seek help from Aks . Their new wing of the hospital was about to begin, the investors were ready but the building sanction was missing . Abir over hears their problem on video call , he suggests Mumma to help him in place of their missing lawyer . She wonders if she should help him.
Aks reaches Birla hospital and asks if she could help them in the issue . AbhiM suggests they should take her help as she too wa sawyer. Mahima agrees but warns she has be be present in the meting with investors n not remain absent like last time .
Mahim goes off to complete other pending stuff. Aarohi and Parth leave to attend their patients , chacha ji also goes away to check on us cases . AbhiM is left with Aks to explain the issue to her . AbhiRa are seen discussing the issue , aAbhiM gets attracted to Aks’s beauty , while she is concentrating on the issue .
Parth is seen having underhand deal with the Daler supplying oxygen cylinders. Mahim arrives there n they make excuses to cover up the matter .
Soon it’s time for meeting . Aarohi finishes her surgery and tells Aks that she would come with the investors , AnhiM is proceeding to the conference room he notices Aks ‘s kurta gets torn as passes by a trolley . He feels awkward talking to her about , but soon , he asks her to cover up by wearing his blazer . She declines .
As the meeting begins he makes excuse to remain by her side during the presentation made by Aks . Aarohi senses how AnhiRa were close . Mahima also notices same not knowing what AbhiM was actually doing .
Investors are impressed and appreciate the Birlas for their ideas , they agree to invest in BH.
The team is very happy , AbhiM thanks Aks for her defence of the case . Aks thanks him for covering her up during the presentation .
He finally persuades her to put on his blazer , he asks her to give him a chocolate in exchange . They agree.
In his room AbhiM realises he had feelings for Aks . Aarohi makes him realise he had feelings for Aks .
