The strange thing is dkp has never addressed this issue maybe never even if changing documents is criminal offense in the eyes of law in the real world. Period.
And then they made her a lawyer who remembers all IPCs.

Also, as reunion is destined to happen if Makers aren't bothered to tell kids what happened and how tab tak why should we assume.
It's upto Makers how they make the kids react.
Ruhi can hail Neil and Akshu or blame Akshu while Abhi can explain her it wasn't Akshu's fault alone.
While Abhir can be sad that he was supposed to have a sibling but couldn't or maybe don't care like he didn't after knowing his parentage.
Any of this or none of this is possible but reunion toh honi hi honi hai 😂✌🏻
