Medically yeah, but abhim was not supposed to be abhirs surgeon. Akshu was taking him to USA which was canceled by the bio father. Abhir had to be operated in emergency , courtesy the play date and hide n seek.
Still it's not convincing to me why she would tell the truth to abhim and open the pandora box which was shut 6 yrs back ..she severed ties with goenkas only for the reason that she wanted to keep abhim out of her life..feelin was mutual. Manjari didn't wanna hear her name even...she was still getting panic attacks.. Baap believed bacha to be dead Nd bacha didnt know he has another father ...By chance if abhir knew ?well he still chose akshnav and by chance if abhim knows ?
