Also all the lines described shows the rights of manyu not the happiness of Abhir. he said I just want only to be part of his life as father. Yeah! He can't stay away from his mother but who cares about Abhir.

She went to Abhimanyu but he said will go to court. Previous night all 3 parents were against court but the first one to say for court among three is Abhimanyu not Akshara.After listening to his mom he thought he should be selfish which he is and agreed it.. As Arohi said they Mj want to Kabza on Abhir in which Abhimanyu is a mere pawn who doesn't have brain of himself. All the decisions he has taken for Abhir is based on his maa ka gyaan

He said that because, he thought court will not be biased and will give judgment thinking only about Abhir.

If akshara was not okay with it, she could have told it to abhi!! Itna kuch sunati rehti thi din bhar, why was she mum when it was required??

We are talking about 3 parents and abhir here, I would like to stick to the topic here.
