Simple si baat hai , Mera beta usi city mai school jayega jaha uske parents ka job hai, jaha parents ne life set kari hai. Agar humara transfer hoga toh humare bete ka bhi school change karna padega.

Bete ki school ke according we can’t change our city, life or change our career path or change our work profile.

Court ne Abhimanyu ko custody diya hai so simple baat hai na jaha abhir ke parent ka settled life and career hai wohi abhir ka school transfer hoga and abhir ko jana padega.

Agar kasauli mai he bacche ko rakhna tha toh court ko custody other parent ko dena chahiye tha.

Also all the lines described shows the rights of manyu not the happiness of Abhir. he said I just want only to be part of his life as father. Yeah! He can't stay away from his mother but who cares about Abhir.
