He filed the case initially, because kairav issued a restraining order against abhi!!

But abhi put the case to indefinite hold after abhir's surgery.

All 3 parents were thinking about coparenting and even then Akshara was not ready to tell abhir that abhi is his father.

And then BP reopened the case. And BP had the audacity to put the condition of not revealing the truth to Abhir ever if abhi loses. So, he accepted it even after knowing that he might lose it.

After the temple scene abhi never looked or waited for Akshara. He only wanted a place in his son's life.

If not anything, atleast you can see what's shown in the episodes.

He put the case on hold because he thought all the parents can sit and negotiate. Not because he was waiting for Akshara.

And about abhi winning, it's really funny that you think they bribed!!! 🤣😂😂

It was in close doors before that day Abhimanyu was a loving supporting husband caring towards his pregnant wife. Witnesses - Whole Birla Hospital, Goenka Family and servants of both house.

Then WD happened a traumatic day for all and during all the grievance Abhira divorce happened and AK left.

As per BP who didn't met her claimed to her newly ex husband that she is fine, doesn't want to come back and happy so he didn't pursued her. Then they got a call that she married someone.

Now 6 + years later they got to know that the boy she was claiming is hers and her current husband is actually his. Hence the whole case and all.

Now how is actually AK going to prove that hey actually yaad aaya DV bache ka truth isliye nahi btaya and all.

But so far Custody case jo bhi utha obviously yeh sab points uthe hain k divorce hua, call kra nahi uthaya isliye BC forge krdiya and all. And we heard the verdict.

Now two points why this constant need to claim k DV DV DV when the person in picture is not saying the same, can't prove it on court.

Second for show too ek toh next day hi you can't go to higher court it's a custody case not a murder case but again chalo what will change the financial conditions the fact that judge ordered an inquiry against Mrs Sharma for forging BC & other legal documents of Abhir.

The fact is my friend that its a moot point which you seem to be stuck as a cassette now.

Doing whataboutery about domestic violence doesn't change the fact in India, verbally abusing a woman (like saying tumne mere babies (technically foetuses who were part of your body) ko maar diya), asking a woman to leave her marital house (iski vajah se saari mautein huyi hain, mujhe iski shakal nahi dekhni, kaho isse yahan se chali jaye) are both acts of domestic violence.

All she needs to do is file a case and lawyer who would cross examine maa-beta jodi in the court lol. As soon as they accept that they said these things to Akshara, a court will recognise that as domestic violence lol

Can be possible about birbe who knows manjiri can do anything i mean anything to fulfill her zid…and also we saw in anisha case how birlas used their money in that case
