Doesn't matter hospital owned by them or not. The day you are talking about is the day their family member died somewhere because of the impulsive decisions by AK because of which the miscarriage happened too. None of the doctor of the family was there. Jyada se gynaecologist par inquiry hogi. Mis-test happens alot of times. As a adult AK instead of taking a bus could have gone to a clinic as well.

The said duo didn't do this in front of family lol watch the episode again. The said were inside their room closed doors. No proof. It will always be her words against him. There's no proof of her any bad treatment before that too. If that was the case her family would not be keen leaving another daughter there.

The fact that from years two families were in a cordial relationship and only her being aloof is proof enough that she feels she is guilty, and she was hiding the truth of Abhir- which is a fact.

Again WD has been brought up in court already we have seen FB sp none side is claiming it as DV except for you and that too like a loop.

Lawyers can get it out from abhimanyu mouth itself if this was a real life case ab yeh itv hei toh dekhte hei yaha kaise hota hei. But yes abandoning your wife at your lowest is very wrong. It might not come under dv but a type of harrasment. Now it's itv I don't know how they will show it what happened and how. But real life mei lawyers khud unke mu se nikalenge baat. I myself I have seen court cases in real life. And also about the fact that the dr did gave wrong info about miscarriage it can also be brought out. And yes giving wrong info is not correct. And yes I'm a law student i have seen such cases in real life.

Still they can get it out as uthna sharp aur thagde lawyers nikal sakte hei but yeh sab real life k cases hei and also if the family history is bad tabhi nhi milti hei custody mostly mom k pas jata hei aur father's ko child support k liye bolte hei. Itv mei sab different heu vaise. And also as far as my knowledge here in ak case it would be considered as an heroic act for saving kid agar yeh again real life hota toh. But itv no idea kaise hei.

Baat aur peeche jayegi toh fake passports, accomplice in hiding an accused( Kairav was under arrest that time case chal rha tha).

Aur a guy who have witnesses to prove his care and love, who went against his family as soon as he gets the prove that helps tha accused of his sister. A reputed doctor.

Exactly what she would need to do is file a case saying that she was ousted from her marital home , then prove that indeed they actually made her leave the house

In this case Akshara left the home on her own and never filed a case saying that , there r no domestic violence cases if you leave ur sasural on ur own , also please note that unlike real life where r divorce needs to filed and takes about 6-18 months to get finalized this being a show the divorce happened with Akshara signing the divorce papers and you don't have right to reside in your ex husband house

Nor do verbal spats between couple amount to domestic violence cases

It's not that easy to prove domestic violence irl, the court doesn't simply believe verbal accusations , maybe you don't realise this but you doing this belittle the struggle people face proving such offences irl ,these r serious offences don't use them so lightly for sake of an ITV show this is a humble request

They story can be interpreted by us as an audience in our way but there's also a writer's perspective to the story

There was recently the custody track in the show fbs included incident from the WD to the present day, they showed the court ordering action against Akshara for changing name on BC what they never showed was the court ordering a case being filed for DV against AbhiM or Birlas because that's not the purpose of the writer

The writer never intended to show ak being subjected to DV at hands of birlas

That' why all ckts including Abhinav have at some point mentioned that bhaiji insaan bure nhi the halat bure the

Not once in the entire show has there been a hint or mention of domestic violence wrt to white day

Ab koun tagde lawyer yeh toh ladte time hi bata sakte hei. It all depends on one's skills. And how they present things. I said na in real life also we can prove it's all upon the lawyer. and also yes many father's do get custody but that's only in exceptional cases. When the mom has a criminal background or if she is mentally unstable. And also about the judge voh said karwayi ki jayegi it was about what made her do to change the bc and all that way also it can go. Anyways it's only for the just dialogues in show about the bc matter.Court mei fb jarur dekhaya tha but their was no explanation given like why all those happened.
