Not really. If Akshnav were at all understanding, they would have moved to Udaipur permanently or at least until Abhir heals completely and they can reveal the truth to him. Abhi's whole family is in Udaipur, and so is his hospital and everything. Ak-Nav had basically nothing left in Kasauli and were starting from scratch anyways, so why not do that in Udaipur, where Ak's whole family is also there?

This is all if they went for co-parenting, which they didn't cause they are dumb and just want to traumatize a poor little kid.

Sure. It's not like Abhir has lived his entire life in Kasauli and wanted to go back to that place. It's not like the Sharma family still has their home at Kasauli. Three people should uproot their lives and move to Udaipur because one Dr.Birla apparently can't find a job in a new town. Is it because he is incapable of getting hired by hospitals other that those that belong to his family? You know.. nepotism n all. Or maybe it's because(based on popular sentiments) he's rich and Akshnav are not, only his inconveniences matter.

Who was the person who impulsively filed for custody without even letting the mother of the child present her side of the story? And the custody was put "on hold" for the time being until the surgery gets done, but who was the person who under the influence of his mother's manipulation again threatened the parents of the child of taking them to court? Whose mother was shamelessly begging a husband to let go of his wife and child without giving a single thought about the consequences of her actions on the child? Whose mom, when after getting rightfully called out, instead of admitting to her mistake, doubled down on them and goaded the other party into bringing up the custody case by presenting her son's temporary drop of custody case for the sake of his son as some sort of humanitarian deed done with the child's parents in mind? And denied the child's father's sane advise of this custody case adversely affecting the child and that too for the sole reason that "only Abhinav will benefit from this and her son's happiness is apparently more important than a 6 yr old child's". Inspite of all of this, Akshnav are fools and want to traumatize the child that they so dearly love, huh? Great 👍 You know what? Chuck it. Dr. Birla and his Mataji are Mahan 🙏 Happy?

This is not how it went down in the serial I am watching. 🤔

If Abhimanyu wanted to “snatch” Abhir, he wouldn’t have waited for the custody verdict, he would’ve played some dirty game with the lawyer and judge. I don’t even think he would have gone down the custody path, he would have just coerced Abhir to move in with him.

Abhimanyu repeatedly told everyone that all he wanted was to be a part of his son’s life. He wanted to make a place for himself. He never said that he wants to take away him from his parents. He always thought of himself as ONE of Abhir’s fathers. Abhinav is the one who always differentiated.

The reason Abhimayu agreed to move on with the case was because court will decide on the verdict which benefits the child. He himself was prepared to lose as he thought that the court would always side with the mother. He was ready to never having to reveal the truth to Abhir. The JUDGE is the one who granted sole custody to Abhimanyu. After the custody was granted to him, why would he back down? If he backs down, what sort of a father would he be? Even now, he isn’t trying to cut off Akshara and Abhinav. If Akshara won the case, she wouldn’t have thought twice before kicking Abhimanyu out of Abhir’s life.

Snatching is strategically planned way of getting something they want. I mean court's judgement was quite stupid, it does seem like Manju may have played some dirty, but won't comment till I see it. I will probably make separate post -

But let's focus on what was shown - Abhir WANTED to go back to Kasauli. Abhir's cool parents - AkshNav - took proper permission and advice before heading their. Yes, that's where their life belongs, they wanted to be there. They would have visited Udaipur for checkup, but assuming that a man like Dr. Birla can change, was a mistake. That man wouldn't even listen to his fiance and be impulsive on mom's words.

AkshNavIr had planned their lives in Kasauli and their future based on their assumption! Khoon ka rishta being above and beyond right stuff is their logic. Abhir got stuck and sick in Birla House, Abhir operated Abhir because of their own carelessness in Birla house is forgotten truth.

But khair, jaane do... Logic among Birlas is nil, only khoon above dil ke rishte...
