Absolutely, you raise some valid points. It's quite interesting to note that Akshara was the one who initially brought the legalities into the picture, and her family were the ones who first initiated the case.

When Abhimanyu, in turn, stood his ground as a responsible a father, it's curious how the narrative shifted and Abhimanyu suddenly became the one who is 'breaking up' the family. But as you rightly mentioned, Abhimanyu merely sought his rightful place in his son's life.

Her actions suggest a need for self-reflection. If she had perhaps focused more on prioritizing Abhir's needs over her own emotional desires, the situation may not have escalated to this point. It's a delicate scenario but one that could have been navigated with more maturity and foresight. The unfortunate situation emphasizes the need for more careful consideration and empathy, particularly in matters involving a child's wellbeing.

She is never gonna have self realisation, she is the FL so she is the bechari abla nari who is never wrong and always does correct by her family and larger public, irrespective of if it is actually correct or not. And Abhimanyu is/ was the ML, so he is always supposed to be the one who does wrong and misunderstands. This is ITV, they did something beautifully different with Abhinav as the father and then Akshara moving on with what she felt at peace with and fell in love with her now husband, and by showing the ex wanting to only coparent his child once he saw that love and trust and saw his mistakes. Something that never happens on ITV as it's all about snatching and winning always. But then they decided to ruin it again by turning Akshnav into horrible parents and setting examples on how not to parent.

The episode everyone behaved as if Abhir is never going to return to them. This is the last last day.

Also, after presenting twisted truth they are telling him that Docman k ghar jaana hai. Behaving as if Abhir nahi jaana chahta 😂😂

Aese kaun jaana chahega anyway. Mujhe toh yeh ache log bure lag rhe hain kehne ko Birla's manipulative hain yahan kya chal rha hai phir 😂😂

Hahahahaa.. oh yes. Kartik was never abused for Naira leaving dance as it wasn't his fault also, but here people have said that Abhimanyu is to be blamed for Akshara leaving singing because she was that emotionally hurt.

exactly, their self victimisation is jarring.

I laugh at their audacity to act like victims too

And the fact that there are people still saying they are the victims because FL and constant crying! But I have learned my lesson and have stopped replying only to those messages only. There is no point of different POVs when they aren't to be considered, even when I am calling Akshnav amazing parents at low tides, am the idiot!

I agree The Goenkas have continuously demonstrated a self-victimizing mentality, as highlighted by their attempts to unite their granddaughter with an abusive husband like Aditya. It is disheartening to witness their prioritization of their family name over the well-being and happiness of their loved ones.

The Naksh-Kirti marriage is another example of the Goenkas' manipulative behavior. Naksh felt compelled to marry Kirti to protect his sister, Naira, from the expected mistreatment by the Goenkas. This speaks volumes about the toxic environment and power dynamics within the family.

In my opinion, Akshara, her decision to pursue sole custody instead of considering shared custody is indeed questionable. I felt, It suggests a desire for control and a lack of consideration for the importance of a child's relationship with both parents.

It seemed, Abhimanyu was expected to back out or express disinterest in custody simply to ensure a victory for the Sharmas. This type of judgment is unfair and disregards the importance of a father's role in a child's life. Every parent, regardless of their personal circumstances, deserves the opportunity to be involved in their child's upbringing.

This one-sided approach of Goenkas and Sharma is concerning.

Furthermore, the comparison drawn between Akshara's memories of her mother, Naira, and her stepmother, Sirat.. It raises questions whether her perception of Abhimanyu's presence is clouded by her own experiences. It is important to remember that each relationship and individual situation is unique, and it is unfair to generalize based on personal biases and memories.

Abhimanyu is a better parent. Period.

He talks to kids very nicely, in an understanding tone, and explains to them the complex situation in an easy way.

Akshara should in fact want Abhimanyu to be a part of Abhir's life due to her past. She never got to know her birth mother and always carried that pain despite Sirat being am amazing mother to her, as per her own memory. So her wanting the same for her child makes me question her even more.

Yea season 2 had such weird harsh tracks which made me angry and I wanted to get inside the tv to lecture Goenkas for hours and teach them a lesson. Suhasini and Survarna along with their ultimate sidekick, the great Manish Papa were the worst..They mistreated Naira forever and also didnt care about their own beti Kirti’s safety or happiness..Goenka’s memories got rebooted by the production house and creatives and now they are this innocent sweet Goenka family who respects, loves their bahus and daughters and prioritise their well being while meddling in their matters and taking decisions for their betis ruining their lives once again awww..

Best part is when dealing with Ruhi or Abhir, he is always calm in his tone and doesn’t do unwanted melodramatic build up like a hurricane is coming. He has this ability and maturity to explain even the most complicated situations with ease and simplicity to the kids. This makes me think he is a better parent indeed.🤩♥️
