Who is writing for Abhinav and why Abhimanyu is not written more maturely? It looks like he is the new villan in the show. I stopped watching after the leap as I couldn't stomach the crude way he gave divorce to Akshara and abandoned her. I thought they'd get back together just like Kaira. But for me abhira was finished that day. My colleague was going mad over this Abhinav in yeh rishta. So I had to know what's going on as I thought Abhinav is the alt character of abhimanyu. I was really surprised to know Jay Soni is Abhinav. I saw him in Kuch rang last time. I went through the post leap epis this weekend and I can't believe his character is written so well. They are writing his character with so much maturity and sensitivity. Him fighting with his insecurities was done so well. I wanna know what happened to Abhimanyu? He is the worst form of a manchild right now. I saw how Abhinav was against the case and wanted to tell everything to Abhir. He went against Manish Goenka for his son. This should have been Abhimanyu's stand. He is the biological father of Abhir and he should have gone against everyone when he himself was against the case at the first place. Taking a child from his mother in the name of custody is not shown as a good thing in itv unless the mother is a vamp. Manjiri has crossed every limit of stupidity. But HE is the lead. His mother says something and he just acts. Not thinking about the consequences. They have made the child a toy. No one is thinking how he'll live without his mother? He is a kid for god's sake. What is Abhi thinking? He can't even show someone empathy without being dragged by his mother. Like why? No wonder my colleague likes Abhinav so much and thinks he is the lead. She is an ardent fan of Akshara and Abhinav as a couple (what's their couple name?). To be honest HC deserves a better character. I cannot feel Abhimanyu's DDP at all. If the leap was to degrade Abhimanyu then it is complete now. I just never thought he'd be worse than Anurag Basu.

Zama Habib has taken over the writing for this show! He has written Abhinav and his character was introduced as main cameo when it started. Somewhere around Mid April they made him one of the three leads.

Now, Akshara and Abhinav has two tags -

Abhira fans call them NavRa

And those who like Abhinav calls them AkshNav, choice is totally yours.

Abhimanyu should have said lot of dialogues which were ultimately given to Abhinav, specially when Akshara was insulted during Tilak of AbhiRohi! 😛. But I don't know what was the aim? Some claimed that Abhinav is success, some feel trps doesn't prove that, etc.

Harshad is fantastic actor stuck in crap show, and same goes for Jay Soni (he wasn't in Kuch Rang as far as I know). His character has dealt with all issues so maturely that one would fail to see shades that real Male Lead must have - toxic shades. Hence, we always try to see if this one-dimensional character could get some shades of grey, green, blue and Yellow. But let's see what makers have in their mind.

Madame - it is a well written character but there are people who:

1. Find him bhare ki papa even judge find him that

2. Wish his death/ turn him negative every second

3. Cry Babby

4. Make fun of his poverty

5. Abuse the actor

These are few the list is long.

And these are real people not reel. So your post is nice but soon will be attacked with negativity.

Really? Why is he not writing this way for Abhimanyu? I saw Abhis bond with Ruhi which is missing in recent episodes.

Can't call myself abhira fan. Started watching for HC only. Also I used get pick me vibes from pre leap Akshara. Couldn't connect to her.

Well my colleague likes him. My mum and Dida likes him. They get OG Akshara Naitik vibe from AkshNav Jodi apparently. I don't have any idea about the OG one. So can't say much. Also they get mad over Abhimanyu and Manjiri like anything and they troll so bad 😭

How is he one-dimensional? He has his insecurities, shows his emotions, even gets angry.
