Shahi himself said the show is a journey of 3 leads abhimanyu, akshara and abhinav he was introduced as a cameo but is now a parallel lead/lead and jay too confirmed he is not leaving

So why do you think Nav ka ram nam satya hai hoga?

Just because a child throws tantrums, parents don’t fulfil their unreasonable demand. Similarly just because few ppl wishing for Abhinav x Arohi, won’t make Abhinav and Akshara to give in to them, especially when they are deeply in love.
