Not going lie, I was pretty shocked the makers went with the forgery. Originally, I thought it was discharge papers, but it turned out to be the birth certificate. She could have left it blank and claimed Abhinav was the father. No one would know lol. It always felt like a set-up for her character. ITV female leads also leave the father's name blank or it's never mentioned. The fact they went with this route is insane. Now, the birth certificate forgery matter isn't over either. I guess her legal troubles aren't over yet lol.
@ bold There was a clear difference between their scenes. The Sharmas and Goenkas wanted to make sure the father and son had no contact at all. Or know about each other. While Abhi was planning to find a way to be apart of Abhir's life without disrupting his life or family. He was planning to spend the weekends with him or having Abhir come see him occasionally so I knew he would feel bad lol.
That goodness in him is won.
When Abhir pays more attention to Nav than Abhi, Akshu used to feel proud and smiles. She doesn't have a sense that he doesn't know he is his father?
She didn't even pay attention to Abhir's feelings when he is bonding with Abhi even without knowing the truth. why he is so much dragging towards Abhi? Instead, she was fixing Nav's insecurities over that!
Till now Abhir doesn't know the truth and Abhi is bounded to Ak words.
The way Abhi treats Abhir and his concern about him proved he is a good father.
When he genuinely asked just to be part of his life she was not ready! He clearly mentioned he don't want to take anyone's rights. Particularly Ak's. But no Ak is still in Ak Sharma mode!
