Based on what they've shown of Abhir so far, he loves Nav cuz he knows him as his Papa and he knows that Nav loves him a lot too but isse zyada nahin expect karta yeh from his Papa😆

In Abhi's case, he has been shown to fully trust Abhi as his protector, that is why he loves him....that is the bond established between them that Abhi plays the role of Abhir's savior and protector.

What irony, Akshara says she can never trust Abhi because of broken promises but her son trusts his real Papa/Docman more than the Papa she appointed for him😆

Abhi didn't even make any grand promises to Abhir that he will always save him, always protect him....lol woh toh Abhir ka khud se faith develop ho gaya in his Docman because the emotion and connection between them is just that pure.
