What is the dikkath in telling truth to abhir?

Rather than going through entire custody battle, you can take two seconds and go and reveal the blood papa truth to abhir... If he wishes to stay with him no other way but you have to send him with him.. If not then abhimanyu has to understand it..

I don't understand manish condition of revealing truth only if custody is won.. It doesn't make sense.. When abhir is stubborn about knowing his blood papa then if they win Or not they have to reveal anyway na?

It's confusing..abhinav was about to reveal it..then what happened..Am I missing anything?

Cause everyone in this show lacks common sense just like the writers at DKP who want to drag this crapfest even further.
