The moment the court will ask what was the circumstances of the divorce, poor Abhimanyu wouldn't just lose his rights as a father.. He would be in jail.

Abhimanyu was involved in SPOUSAL DOMESTIC ABUSE. He kicked out his miscarrying wife. That's not just a human rights issue, that's a LEGAL ISSUE. And unfortunately for him and his mother, their jaap of 'She killed by brother' won't stand ground in the court of law without an ounce of proof. It baffles me how Abhimanyu fans/stans don't thank Akshara ten times in a day cause if she was really was all that they accuse her of..Her ONE STATEMENT to the police on so called white day would have finished him. His a_ _ would have landed in jail.

The moment Akshara reveals to the court how she was treated on that day, no court of law would say she was wrong to hide her son from Abhimanyu. A mother's primary goal is to give herself safety and her son a stable and safe home. She saved her son and herself about ABUSE.

In fact the court will rather ask her.. Why didn't she report the incident and why didn't she take a restraining order against Abhimanyu lol.

If we ever get to the court drama and we get down to the details, the court would punish Abhimanyu and not Akshara. Not even in the slightest. Not even the lowest court. He would be given monitored visitation rights and asked to pay child support if he wishes to be part of his son's life.

No court of law will be against an abused mother safeguarding herself and child and punish her for removing herself from that unsafe household. But it's ITV so that's that.

Well she can do it morally and legally . She was divorced , she remarried and put the babies fathers name as abhinav. He was the step father but still a father. ..birth certificate is to be applied within 30 days and the hospital gives the personal info...The authorities don't go about checking who is the father . If abhimanyu wins custody in the court , they can change the personal details in govt records anytime. If akshu chooses the name can still be modified . In any case abhinav didn't have to adopt abhir to become his father, he only had to Marry akshu which he did.

It doesn't hold true for those whose birth certificates had the real fathers name on it , and later the couple got divorced..anything to do with the child, present or future , is written in the legal divorce agreement.

Yaar see this is the whole point na first itna legally jana hai toh Abhira ka aese divorce bhi nahi hoskta. Phir toh Navra ki marriage hi illegal hogyi. Divorce mein settlement clause tha hi nahi koi kya hi matlb hai.

Why are we discussing law here though....I don't think makers know basic sections of lPC.. nobody has divorce papers lying around...even if they have kisi paper per sign krne se divorce nhi hojata...divorces cases include settlements of assets , alimony, child custody of any nd go for long....they had shown this during the first divorce where abhira withdrew their papers before finalising their divorce...but obviously forgot for the second leap

Na! Abhir par first right sirf Abhir ka hai. It doesn't matter ki who is legally correct but court would considered his choice only.

& Still if Abhir does not hold this power because of minor age then court can also not ignore the Abhi behaviour & they also can't ignore Abhinav part. Aise utha kar k nahi dedenge biological father uske liye bhi Abhi ko apne aap ko proof karna padega.
