It just sucks. Abhira are still endgame is my understanding. The scene was btw Abhi and Ak and not btw Ak and Nav which was actually required. I think the whole point was to make Abhi suffer even more and it was just cruelty for no reason. This slow death they have given Abhi is really not required. Hasn't he gone through enough for his mistake on the white day ?

But from Ak's perspective I think she loves Nav, but still has feelings for Abhi. I have said this before a person can have two loves and it is complicated then but it's more important who they are committed to. I hate to give this example but, in twilight Bella loved both Edward and Jacob, ofc she always chose Edward but then the situations were different. Here I think it's similar where Ak loves both Abhi and Nav, but she is choosing Nav so it has to be Nav.

I think the whole point of the scene is not to convince the viewers that Ak loves Nav, but to convince Abhi. The bittersweet moments were a treat honestly, and HC is amazing! I am glad he is getting to do some more complex scenes than just playing house. This is an important evolution in the Abhira relationship is how I am choosing to look at it. They are friends again now, like they were at the beginning. But we will see them actually develop that friendship and in the process get trust and respect and all the other factors that were apparently missing in their relationship.

For now I am sticking with it. Mostly cause Abhi is in control of his emotions and he is keeping his heart closed so he doesn't get too hurt even when Ak is obviously giving him mixed signals. She is one big mixed signal herself. The next when Sharma fam we're fixing the fan, Abhi was actually smiling painfully. He is happy for them I think. And yeah the final scene where the mama blessed Abhira and Abhir as a family. I don't think it's just for Manjari, I think it's also for Abhira and for everyone around to see it. But more importantly. It was cause of Abhir. Abhir fell and both Abhira rushed to him together. Nav is always a step behind and I think it's more resonant of the relationship Abhir and Abhi will have in the future. I think Ak will flip to Abhi, if she herself starts feeling that Abhi is a better father than Nav and she was wrong to keep them apart. That realization is important from her end and I am hoping it comes soon.

If they can shift her pregnancy struggle to glorify Nav, then yes, how can one expect sympathy for AK - well and good.

I have always seen this as ABHIMANYU BIRLAs story and can connect to this story only thru this love and pain.

And Akshara isn't the only one who went through rejection and heartbreak in life....Abhi has experienced many versions of it too even before he met Akshara with all the rejection/heartbreak his father brought to his and his mom's life....and after he fell for Akshara, the bazillion times she rejected him and lied to his face.....then abandoned him for a year....these are all forms of rejection too that he has overcome and he still loves her.

So no, writers can't justify her actions simply over saying she felt rejected so her psyche changed into this...she reserves an especially cruel shade for Abhi that she doesn't for anyone else who has hurt her in her life. Abhi is the same in his anger with pretty much everyone he feels lied to him or let him down....but Akshara treats Abhi worse than she treats others who hurt her....it's the double standard in Akshara's case that doesn't allow one to connect to her.....writing is non-existent for her basically.....lol

As far as Ar is concerned you are right and if I was Ak I would have cut off ties with her a long time back it’s some kind of strange you have to be loyal and forgive/ disregard the deeds of your siblings or blood relatives no matter how cruel they have been to you theory.

Today's episode hurt. It stung so much that you feel the need to cry for the character. Harshad was legendary in this scene, the scene was heartbreaking yet captured all of our hearts.

I have to say Harshali are great actors, and they love abhira and their characters just as much as us despite their flaws.

I love ABHIRA, but I cannot accept them now. Not because Akshu is "apparently" in love with nav but because the intensity of abhi's love for akshu is way deeper than what akshu have or had for him. I heard in the OG serial the ML had memory loss, I want abhi to have that as well. I want akshu to crave for his love and to understand the importance of him in her life. The pain Abhi is going through I want akshu to go through the same process and become the better version of herself.

I know I will be going back to loving abhira in next few days when they give us Abhira 🍭🍭, but I seriously want akshu to have that journey as well otherwise we will always have a bitter reminder of how abhi's love is more intense and closer to heart than akshu's.
